The grantee for POWER is Nova Southeastern University, Dr. Isa Fernandez is our Principal Investigator based in Miami, FL. There is a subcontract to Stroger Hospital of Cook County/Hektoen Institute. Dr. Sybil Hosek is our Co-Principal Investigator. Our community partner is Brother's Health Collective (BHC), Ariq Cabbler serves as the Chief Administrative Officer.
