welcome back Esteem Awards Founder and Publisher of PrideIndex .com, Phillip Eteem.  Philip started working in the community with Black Pride (Chicago in 2005) he began networking and was being introduced to people that were doing good things in the community and never really recognized as they should have been. After a short time Philip founded the Esteem Awards and some of the pass awardees included organizations such as Craig Johnson, Sanford E. Gaylord to discussion issues facing black bisexual men and why studies are needed for funding, awareness, education and more.  Project POWER is a collaborative venture between two institutions. The grantee for POWER is Nova Southeastern University, Dr. Isa Fernandez is our Principal Investigator based in Miami, FL. There is a subcontract to Stroger Hospital of Cook County/Hektoen Institute. Dr. Sybil Hosek is our Co-Principal Investigator. Our community partner is Brother's Health Collective (BHC), Ariq Cabbler serves as the Chief Administrative Officer.
