Then, Kristen is joined in studio by two incredible women, Anna Stormer and Marie DiLauro who work tirelessly to provide a number of services to women veterans all over the area. The Veterans Multi-Service Center’s Women's Veterans Center in Philly is one of very few organizations like it in the country, dedicated to championing the growing needs of female veterans.The WVC is open to any veteran identifying as female. Their flagship Old City facility is a safe space for their members, and provides them with wide ranging support, including housing case management, assistance with immediate needs (meals, clothing, toiletry products) computer lab and a full calendar of fellowship activities. The WVC is celebrating its 5th Anniversary by having a party to benefit the facility and the women veterans who use it.
