Kim Balstad grew up in an Air Force Family, and as a result of overseas assignments, was exposed to numerous cultures and beliefs. These travels planted the seed that germinated into a life long journey of learning and spiritual growth. Kim is the Founder of The Aum Nation and co-host of the bi-weekly Holistically Curious podcast. She has a Master’s Degree in Metaphysical Sciences, is a certified yoga teacher, Level 2 iRest meditation teacher, and Reiki Master. Kim likes to joke that she has the memory of a gnat and says she is sure she’s forgotten most of what she has learned over the years, but the passion and desire is always there to learn more and to relearn what she may have forgotten.
