Taking matters in my own hands. I’ve headed off for a physical intervention. The powers of manipulation and electro needling. Update so far: perhaps 6 hours later, movement has increased somewhat, pain has diminished to the point where laying down is possible with out too much special care. Ok physical tired yet have done nothing. My favourite line from today was “how have you been walking around” it made me giggle. Laughing in life is so important.
