    In today's episode, I'm chatting all about comfort zones. At the time of recording, I'd just completed a 7-day intensive training that was a big step out of my comfort zone. It was this very week five years ago that I first stepped out of my comfort zone and went on a Trek America trip. Alone with 9 other humans, I'd never met after having just turned 21. It was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Perhaps it was, in fact, five years ago that I learnt the most amazing experiences come from getting out of our comfy seats and seeing what else is out there. I believe getting out of your comfort zone is where the magic happens. I also believe it doesn't need to come with all the pressure so many of us put on ourselves which is what I dig into during this episode.
