On the very first episode of Beer Kitten Radio, The Sicilian Beer Kitten (Francesca) is with Alan Harvey of Five Threads Brewing and Special Guest, Winnetka's Sweetheart, Z of Crazy Harry's. We talk Five Threads Brewing, including beers and profiles, as well as, their upcoming events. We discuss what it means to be a really good Beer Rep over a flight of Five Threads Beer, well, Alan and Francesca did, since Z wasn't drinking. (No suspicions of pregnancy, though.) The first pilot is a work in progress, of course, but Francesca's main goal is to take you on location with her to talk beer, get to know folks in the beer world that you may never get a chance to meet, hear about beer profiles from the brewers, the beer reps and consumers, to help you learn more about Craft Beer and of course, to support all true, independent craft beer. We had great time and we look forward to sharing so much more with you. A special thanks to Tim, the owner of Five Threads Brewing for allowing us to record at the Tasting Room and for jumping on the podcast to introduce himself.
