Teach & Share When we have fully integrated our understanding into who we are, we then can Teach & Share that understanding. If we find that we have trouble sharing our understanding with someone and have difficulty with explaining or relating it with others, we have not fully made it part of ourselves. When we can relate it to others it is ours.
Commitment Make a commitment to yourself to live the new understanding. Commit it to habit and integrate it into you life. Commit to yourself that you choose to learn and adapt with each new understanding.
Acceptance When we have a new understanding forming in our experience, there will be times that we fall short or fall off of that understanding, and be sure that friends will let you know. We may even battle with believing that we have found that new understanding.
Acknowledgement We must acknowledge the new information as part of our new understanding. Stay true to ourselves. And grow into the new understanding.
Acquisition Starting with the questions and the desire to acquire a new understanding. We can learn to understand anything we desire. This is the first step in creating a different or enhanced understanding of anything we choose

Take It All In. Embrace the good days and the not so good days as they each have value for the growth we desire. All is contributing to the whole of our desires and life is unfolding as it should.
Couldn't Feel How You Feel ... If you hadn't felt how you felt. All our experiences are building our knowledge and wisdom on how we want to live and what choices are best for us to pursue the experiences that are true to our desires. All is well, and moving as needed.
Feeling The Chaos. When the feeling of chaos comes into our lives we can take a deep breath and search ourselves for what is truly going on. The feeling of chaos is an indicator of what we are "doing" is has triggered an alert that we are "Not Being" true and there is a great opportunity to hone out what we are really wanting. Embrace the experience and find the path you truly desire for your life.
Helping The Homeless. The "Homeless" people we see are easily identified and most of us have compassion for these individuals. The reality is that most people that we encounter are symbolically homeless. They have forgotten or lost themselves and are just as vulnerable and could benefit from our help and care each day.
What The Hell? Wowzer ... things go off-kilter and my life seems to be spinning off track. What choice do I get to make now is the thought I am thinking.
Benefits & Consequences Most of us make our decisions based upon. Does this benefit me - us? What are the consequences of this choice for me - us? Most times we cannot see the full effects of the decisions we make, we are usually nearsighted. Sometimes the most difficult consequences turn out to have the greatest benefits. What if we listen to our sub-conscious and made the choice from what is true for us.
F*!; Your Feelings We can choose to feel our feelings, not "forget" our feelings... When we are mindful of the feelings we are feeling, we can use the experience to learn about the meaning of the feelings we are experiencing and grow from each experience.
Power of Focus When we focus we can see past obstacles, this is how we move towards our goals. When we focus, we can miss the opportunity to see the beauty of what is before us. Be mindful of both.
Living Right, And How Do You Know? This is one of my favourite stories about how I know that all the choices and experiences I am having in my life are somehow connected and that even when I am unaware of the Why something is happening. When I listen to my inner self. It is all working for my benefit.
Big Events Don't Just Happen. Many times we have big events, a blow-up, argument, fight with a friend or family member(s). When we examine these big events, typically they stem from an accumulation of small events that have not yet been resolved and blow up in our face as it were. Keeping the pressure low and on top of the little events in our life we may reduce the impact of the Big events we do experience.
Whelmed Point Most of us are only aware of being overwhelmed, this is too late. The trick is to be aware of your whelmed point. And to stay below it, to release pressures as they build up and to proactively keep ourselves below the overwhelmed point.
Forgive Yourself First Forgiving others is very important, truly vital to living a peaceful life. However, forgiving the correct person first is even more important. Forgiving yourself for any part of the role we played or even that we may have allowed someone to take advantage of us. Forgiving our-self First, then it is simpler to forgive others.
Living Life As A Pseudonym Are you living true to yourself or living under an assumed identity to fit in and perform in the life you have chosen to live, Are you living true to yourself and living all that is truly within you to live.
When Wisdom Begins We all have the wisdom to share, what do you do with the knowledge that you have learned. Do you build it into wisdom and teach all that you have learned in small bits of wisdom.
No, Should, Can't, Have To These words are those that hold us back the most from living the life we want. When we can reframe these works into choice it opens the freedom to make the choices in our world that give us strength. We can achieve all we desire when we get to and make the choice for our life.
Be Resilient, Like Children Have you ever watch a child below the age of 6, attempt to learn a new skill. It is a magical journey of discovery, Most children will attempt over and over and over again to successfully achieve that which they want to master. They are not deterred by their conscious mind as it is not truly awake until then. They will try endlessly, we learn to be become limited by our mind and that is when fear of failure comes.
This Is My Life. When we give ourselves permission to make the choices about our lives, that we truly desire, we will live the life that needs no vacation or break from. We live true to ourselves we are flowing with all that is within.
Is Joy, Happiness? Yes, there is a difference. The joy we feel comes from within, and the happiness comes from the experiences we have. Happiness flows from the joy we have within. When we experience happiness without joy in our heart, we will seek that experience and never find true happiness.
Wholly Scotoma, Batman We see only that which we focus upon. We can control what we see and be open to seeing the new in all we experience and learn and grow from that.
Accepting My Life Is Because Of Me This is the greatest opportunity that we have before us. How we can take advantage of all the experiences in our lives and learn to apply and create the experience we want.
When I Notice ... The dishes are not done, the garbage is taken out, or any other situation when we notice that something is not as we desire. Now, at that moment we get to choose what to do about it, because, we noticed. Many times other do not notice what we notice and it is up to us to create a solution to the thing we are noticing. This is an opportunity to make it as we want.
Premeditated Resentment Do we make the actions of others, that do not fulfill our idea of what someone should act like a resentment? What if we took the responsibility for how we feel about what others did or did not do "correctly"? We can approach all this differently and have conversations to help others to act towards us the way in which we desire.
Not Perfection, Only Progression Perfection is a form of procrastination. The desire to produce something that is next to perfect can really hold us back. You can choose to move forward and get better when you want progression instead of perfection.
Loving The Contrast Identifying the purpose and enjoying the not so exciting times of our lives. You can choose to embrace all the dark things in your life as making the choice to see all the light and beautiful things of life simple and purposeful.
Because, You Don't Deserve It Have you ever felt this way? What if, you felt you deserve the good things you desire, would that make sense that you would have more chance of getting them, How do we become worthy to deserve all the desires of our life? What if you didn't have to do anything, only believe that you are worthy of what you desire.
Closer Than Ever Before On the way to creating the life we want from the life that we may not have wanted. There is growth, and certain times during our growth we may get discouraged. If you do remember that you have come a long way and you are literally closer than you have been before.
Continuity Of Feeling When we feel an emotion, either "good or bad" it is a guide to allow us to assess what is going on is it something we want or is it something we do not want in our life. When we have those experiences that we do not want we can ask a simple question to assist ourselves in making a shift to better feeling thoughts and then make a choice from a place closer to who we really are.
Just Be Positive... NOT ! When we have an experience we are feeling "bad" about and really struggling with the feelings we are having and they are anger, frustration, or loss. Jumping all the way to positive feeling thought, and sending someone love. This can be too big of a leap, if you can achieve it, great, go for it. If you cannot, then shift slowly and purposefully to move yourself to better feelings.
What Should I Do? What do we do when we have a decision to make and how do we go about making that decision? Is it easier not to make the choice and what happens if we make a wrong choice?
To Grind or Not To Grind? This may be the question you are wondering, we all do not have the same personality, and good thing we don't. Some of us create results by just getting out there and getting it done, grinding everyday, doing the necessary step to get to the goal that we have set. Some of do NOT do this well, Does this mean we can't have the goals we want> Of course not, however we must determine how we create the results we have, and do those things to create what we want.
How I Look... Should Have Nothing to do With How You Feel, Although ... How You Feel has Everything to do With How You Look. Have you ever noticed someone that looked so radiant that they were beautiful, and you hardly notice their actual appearance or even noticed someone that was physically beautiful and they were unattractive because they had bad vibe or attitude? Be excited about who you are.
I Believe I Will. This is about the stand that I have chosen to live by. You may get the double entendre. My wish for you is that you live into your best version of yourself, and by believing .... you will.
But, They Really Need Help! Sometimes we can see so clearly what someone needs to change and it is difficult not to help them. There is a method on which we can determine if they are ready to receive the help that we have to offer. Telling your story of where you were the events that happened and the result you are having and where the change is taking you. Then wait for them to figure it out for themselves.
Wait For Permission. The best way to help someone change is to WAIT until they are receptive to the tips you may be able to help them with. It is the point at which they ask you for help. Telling you what is going on in their life is not the same as asking for help in resolving it. Only at the point at which they ask you for help is any of your insights, welcomed.
You're Annoying Me ... I have been the annoyed and the annoy-er. It is at the moment when we unsolicited give someone tips or a solution to a problem that WE see they are struggling with. Many times I have burst into the solution to their problem and hurt them by doing so. When we are supportive and not attempting to fix their problem, they may ask how you did it.
Living With Purpose Live each day on purpose and with purpose. Learn to make the hurts and pains and the joys and victories of your life a growing experience to create and shape the life you have learned you want to live. Make a choice to use all that you have to live the life you want.
Does The Pain End? It may or it may not, and it doesn't matter either way. You can still live a joyous experience and live a purposeful life and the life you can to live, regardless of the pain we have felt or are feeling. You and I have a choice on what we use the experiences of our life for. They can help us to grow, or they can break us down, and either way, we can create value for ourselves and others from either experience.
Why Do I Hurt? We hurt due to being out of alignment with our desires. When we have pain in our body we protect the injury and allow it to heal before we put full pressure on it again. Sometimes, when we hurt emotionally we put more pressure on ourselves to heal, faster and put ourselves down because we are not healing at the speed we desire. And that does not make sense.
Sentimental Appreciation. What a marvelous description of how to view a relationship that has ended and the growth that has taken place due to the hardship of processing the pain of the loss of the relationship that was.
Because, It's Wrong! A statement I have heard many times and one that I feel says more about the person speaking the words than the action they are describing as wrong. We all have unique life experiences and all develop things that are "right and wrong". These are more about ourselves and our own desires for our life than they are about the correctness or incorrectness of anything. To become free of feeling that things are wrong, maybe allow that these things are NOT what I choose for my experience and allow what is to be.
What I Expect. We can learn to expect good things in our life, and learn to release the expectation of return. When we have an expectation of a return to any of our actions it can diminish our experience of the return that is given.
Real is only a perception of the mind that is experiencing an event. Every event we have had or do have in our lives is Real for us. That in it of itself does not make the event Real. Each of us will have different experiences with the events we experience. The perception of that event creates our reality for ourselves. We can have the same or similar experience and have a completely different story about that event.
Our life is an outward manifestation of our inward thinking. The Residual Accumulation of Thought is what you and I experience each and every day. The bad news is that we will never BE the expression of our true self today. The good news is that we will never be the expression of our true self, only moving towards that. That means as good as it gets it can always get better. As bad as it has gotten, we can change right now and then be OK with where we are and move towards that which we truly desire. and today must change, as we move into tomorrow and all our tomorrows.
But, I Want It NOW! We all think that if we had IT now. Everything would be better. That is not really true, sometimes the waiting for what we want is the preparation time that will give us the ability to receive what we wanted. Nothing in life has a need for it to be now, outside of our understanding that we only truly live in this moment that we are living right now. All things will take some time to see come to fruition in our lives
How Do I Get What I Want? That is through Knowing what you want specifically and the move into Believing... all of the steps of belief. There are many different paths to getting what you want, Knowing your own personality style will assist you in achieving your desires. Knowing what you really want, and then believing.
