    On 2/26/2020, this video was posted: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LpNdKVdiU68 It shows a world renown strongman, Eddie Hall, breaking the world record of Isabel (a Crossfit workout) having never done it before. He weighs 360lb. The traditional myth, that muscle mass and weight slow you down, is easy to demonstrate to be incorrect, but this extreme example illustrates the concept well. To a strong person, a "heavy" weight is light. A strong person can perform many reps of a "heavy" weight that isn't heavy for them.
