The Mr. Asia Gang in Australia had started to implode.  Douglas and Isobel Wilson were murdered and on their bodies being located, Clark fled to the UK.  The murders didn't stop.  Within months Terry Clark had arranged for his best friend and associate, Marty Johnstone to be murdered.  This was the final straw, the end of the Mr. Asia gang and their drug empire.  

In this, my 5th. Episode, Part II, of a three-part story on the Mr. Asia Gang - they have now reached the pinnacle of being the biggest heroin distributors in Australia.  With the assistance of the best criminal organisers in Australia, including police, lawyers, and bankers, they are set to becomes the biggest heroin distributors in the world.  But trouble is brewing, Terry Clark is now planning his fourth and fifth murders: killing friends, who, when in trouble with the police, trade information for their freedom.

The emergence of a violent, sadistic gang who took advantage of the services offered by Murry Riley and the Nugan Hand Bank to make a killing from the growing drug trade in Australia.  This gang was known internationally as the Mr. Asia Gang.

The CIA have dispatched their Asian based, undercover operatives to Australia to commence a clandestine money laundering operation.  The operatives succeed beyond the agency's wildest dreams.  Soon their new cover, the Nugan Hand Bank, is transferring money and drugs around the world and they have partnered with Australian crime figures to take the enterprise to new levels.  

The CIA have planned and have started to put into operation a new money laundering and drug smuggling hub in Australia.  They have positioned their operatives and are now arranging local criminal and business connections to start a cover business, to hide their true activities and to satisfy the CIA need for international money laundering and drug smuggling to fund their clandestine operations.  

The CIA's  escalating heroin smuggling operations had been disrupted in Europe, they had to find a new way to deliver the large quantity of heroin the expanding USA market now required.  They found it.  Through Australia using police officers as couriers.    

The start of an unholy alliance of convenience between organised crime and the CIA and the CIA's continuing fanatical demand to produce and sell more and more heroin to the expanding world heroin markets to fund their secret operations.

Corrupt New South Wales police and Queensland police, whilst on interchange duty, planned criminal endeavors, which paved the way for their future involvement in the blossoming drug trade.  This opportunity was enabled, by the vast quantities of opium and heroin being grown and processed for the cause of fighting communism by the CIA in South East Asia.  

History of police corruption in Queensland and New South Wales and societies acceptance of this corruption, triggered by the unfairness of petty prohibitions imposed by Government.

Decades of police corruption led to a Queensland Commission of Inquiry, to become known as the Fitzgerald inquiry, but, did that inquiry  expose the widespread corruption for what it was, and did their investigations go far enough?
