Self care can be defined in various ways however the ultimate definition as described by the Merriam Webster dictionary is “caring for ones self”. The Beauties have discovered the importance of not just physical self care but mental and spiritual self care as well. In this episode we share our top self care tips in hopes that our listeners will also make that discovery and take some time throughout the day to love on themselves. On episode 3 we are discussing PCOS. September is PCOS Awareness month, also know as Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. Polycystic ovary syndrome is a health problem that affects 1 in 10 women of childbearing age. Women with PCOS have a hormonal imbalance and metabolism problems that may affect their overall health and appearance. PCOS is also a common cause of infertility. We switched things up a little on this episode, Amanda interviewed Monique and Monica who were both currently diagnosed with PCOS.
