Finding your purpose is much more of a remembering than creating something new. I want to share a 10 min visualization that will help you strengthen the connection with hearing your own unique direction and answers. There was a beautiful structure of steadiness built when you came into this world. At some point of time you started disconnecting from it, usually unconsciously. In a way you started walking away from it and betraying yourself step by step, day by day, action after action. It wasn't even your intention or fault. It can come as an adaptation, a survival mechanism. when you saw no other choice. The good news is that beautiful essence is still within you and stillness is the mechanism to connect with it and your original knowing, it helps you remember. What came up for you?DM me on IG www.instagram.com/careerintechnicolor If you enjoyed this episode, follow the podcast, share it with someone you know and leave a review! If you’re in a challenging season—or walking alongside someone who is—this conversation will meet you right where you are. In this hopeful and honest episode, I sit down with Dr. Clay Jones and Jeannie Jones to talk about their new book, How Does God Use Suffering for Our Good? Reflection in your midlife health is a spiritual discipline. It's not an unproductive time suck. It's true and it's biblical. It's a new year and with the world shouting all the "new year new you" hype, you may be feeling like you are already behind in your health goals. Let me ask you, have you ever started a new year asking yourself, ‘What is wrong with me?' Because everyone else seems energized and motivated... and you're already exhausted? If that question has ever crossed your mind, I want you to hear this first: nothing is wrong with you. You are completely normal in feeling this way… I remember feeling this way… and it would frustrate me so much because I KNEW my exhaustion couldn't possibly be normal… I had too much to do, too much LIFE to live to be dragging myself through each day wanting a nap but pushing through with extra coffee just to make it to the moment I could fall into bed. Here's the truth: the world rushes us into fixing. Going. Doing. God often invites us to pause. To BE. Ah, doesn't that sound good right about now? But does it feel too good to be true for you? I assure you it isn't. REST is for you. Good health IS your birthright in Christ Jesus. We are walking through a few verses that support how taking time to pause and reflect over your last year, how you felt in your health and seeking the Lord for this new year... is a beautiful and healthy spiritual discipline that once you start, you will want to continue year after year. As we enter a new year, as you notice how the world tells you to fix yourself… lean into how God is inviting you to pause and listen. I pray this blesses you today! As we step into a new year, I wanted to do something sacred and intentional—pray Scripture over you. In this special episode, we walk through powerful biblical prayers from Ephesians, Colossians, Thessalonians, and Numbers, explaining why these prayers matter and how they shape a faith-filled life. These aren’t rushed or performative prayers; they are grounding, relational, and deeply personal. Prayer isn’t about getting God to cooperate with our plans—it’s about deepening our relationship with Him. This episode offers peace, clarity, endurance, and blessing as you begin a new season, anchored not in resolutions, but in God’s Word and presence. May God bless you and keep you. May He direct your every step. And May God fill you with His peace as you step into the new year, my friend. You know you should have a strong core but what about your pelvic floor? Those seemingly minor annoyances like using the bathroom every hour is not your age or too much water. It is your body giving you a signal. How much urine do you think your bladder can actually hold? As women in this midlife season, we often joke about our small bladders and how often we are running to the bathroom. But my guest today says there's no such thing as a small bladder. If you have moments of leaking, pain or discomfort, you could be dealing with a very real issue called prolapse... not just another symptom of menopause. Prolapse is common in midlife women and even so, it doesn't have to be "normal." Lean into my conversation with my guest Jenn Lormand today for some important potty talk that will make you think differently about those constant bathroom runs and your pelvic floor as a whole. Remember, the body is brilliantly designed and it is ALL connected! I pray this blesses you today! Hey Guys, You know that moment when you walk through your house and think, "I need to do something about this" — and then life pulls you in another direction? This episode is about why that happens, especially for women who spend their lives taking care of everyone else — and how to finally stop the cycle without shame, pressure, or burnout. When your nervous system is taxed from doing, managing, and holding everything together, your home often becomes the last thing you tend to. And then the guilt sets in. But clutter isn't a personal failure — it's a physiological response to overload. The 4-Step Reset You'll Practice When you notice stress or shame rising around clutter: 1. Label the feeling – Name what's actually happening in your body 2. Somatic anchoring – Place your hands on your body to signal safety 3. Exposure + acceptance – Stay present instead of avoiding 4. Self-compassion – Acknowledge that you were doing the best you could This is how change starts — without forcing yourself to "do more." Important Reminder You can start with your nervous system. You can start with your home. Either way, you're moving toward regulation and order — as long as you're not doing it from pressure, shame, or control. Regulate your nervous system, take action, and your identity shifts as a result. ⸻ Want Support Doing This Consistently? The year-long program is open. Christmas can be beautiful, and it can be a full-blown circus. In this Christmas Eve episode, we examine how to hold space for both the wonder of Jesus’ birth and the peace of His presence. The first Christmas was not unlike life now–unpolished, inconvenient, with people longing for something good. On Christmas, God gave us someone good-Jesus. The angel proclaimed, "Don't be afraid. I bring good news of great joy for all people" (Luke 2:10-11). If your life feels messy, or ordinary, or empty, you’re not disqualified; you’re exactly who Jesus came for. Emmanuel means God with us. Jesus came for us. For you. And just in case Christmas feels like a lot–whether good, hard, or a combination of both—I end this episode with a Christmas blessing to steady your heart with joy, peace, and hope. We can't change what we aren't willing to see, and the year behind us holds important information: patterns we repeated, moments we abandoned ourselves, places we showed courage, and pain that was trying to communicate something meaningful. Together, we walk through this reflection slowly and without judgment, reframing pain as information rather than failure, and inviting you to see it as a powerful portal for insight and change. Rather than offering answers, let's focus on honest self-inquiry: Where did I abandon myself, and what did it cost me? Where did I show up bravely? What emotional truths did I avoid? Hey Friends, Coats and jackets are one of the biggest space stealers in the home. They're bulky, expensive, and rarely worn evenly — which makes them one of the hardest categories to declutter. In this episode, we focus on why letting go of jackets feels harder than it should, and how to make clear, calm decisions without second-guessing yourself. In this final episode of 2025, Professor AG looks back on what a transformative year it's been. She talks about tying up lingering energetic loops, getting honest with yourself, and letting go of what once brought her abundance, free-falling into the unknown while trusting her intuition to guide her. She also opens up about her shift from being a full-time influencer to focusing on true community and connection. She reflects on the tough career decisions she's had to make and the unexpected joy that comes with new beginnings. As the year winds down, she encourages all of us to celebrate how far we've come and embrace the softer, more reflective season that December naturally brings.Links from this episodeMy broadcast channel!Join my Akashic Records Reading waitlistIf you're interested in hiring a virtual assistant like AG mentioned, click below to book a call with the recruiting company she used and loved! Ever wondered if that voice in your head is God, your own thoughts, or spiritual interference? In this episode, I sit down with Rachel Groll—author, podcaster, and two-time seminary graduate to unpack a solid, biblical approach to discerning God's voice. Rachel explains why Scripture must be your primary filter and how consistent obedience actually sharpens your spiritual discernment over time. She also points to powerful female prophets like Miriam, Deborah, and Huldah as biblical evidence that hearing from God isn't mystical nonsense—it's deeply scriptural. We dive into the difference between reading and truly meditating on God's Word, plus offer practical wisdom for navigating prophetic words with discernment and peace. Hi love, it's Jody. There have been times in my own life when I've felt completely knocked off my feet—uprooted, unstable, and unsure where to land. And as disorienting as those moments were, they also became gifts. Gifts that reminded me of the light that's my truest self, and of the deep safety that's always here when I root back into me. So in today's meditation, we'll ground into that same safety together—coming home to stability, wholeness, and the steady strength within you. Take a breath, settle in, and let's begin. What happens when a “good, normal, suburban” life collides with addiction, shame, and a God who refuses to let go? In this powerful conversation, I sit down with Cheri Garcia, founder of Cornbread Hustle, a second-chance staffing agency that’s helped thousands of formerly incarcerated men and women find work and hope. Cherry shares her raw story—from teenage meth dealer and alcoholic to sober entrepreneur and soon-to-be bride—and how God met her in a New Year’s Eve church service, a single Bible verse, and a recovery community she now calls her sunflower sisters.
