7: Coffee with Alisa Eresina, Transformation & Empowerment Coach

Our coffee date this week is Alisa Eresina, a coach and consultant focussed on personal transformation and empowerment. We take a deep dive on a topic that I'm an absolute evangelist for - Cycle Awareness and Cycle coaching for women AND men to better understand the life cycle of women that occurs on a monthly basis. We go beyond the standard cliche's of 'grumpy PMS' and painful periods, to uncover the full transitions of a womans cycle and how understanding this can give you an advantage in your professional and personal life, and a language to discuss it with partners colleagues and friends. Its a deeply important topic and one that's sure to raise some questions as its still considered 'taboo' to discuss this perfectly natural cycle that we still have so little insight into. Alisa generously illuminates the different phases of the cycle and explains how understanding your personal cycle can unlock your inner superpowers and help you lean into your strengths. With 15 offline events per month, multiple sub-groups catering to interests such as STEM, sport and creating a safe space for LGBTQI+ identifying women, it is a beloved juggernaut with nearly 18,000 members (and growing!).
