With the 2019/2020 Premier League season coming to an end, we choose our team of the season: Some common players, some absolute shockers and of course ZERO players from Sp*rs. Champions Liverpool had a solid season, with many outstanding individual performances across their team. Kevin De Bruyne was arguably the best player in the league but don’t tell the FWA that. Vardy and Aubameyang appear in all our teams as the 2 were the deadliest strikers in the league. And a one Wilfred Zaha appears in one of our panellist’s team of the season as well which clearly shows that there are no metrics or guidelines for choosing a team of the season.

After a long 4 months, we are finally back! Just like football! A longer episode this time since we have a lot to cover: newly crowned champions across Europe, season review of the EPL, Liverpool champions and their insufferable fanbase, Messi hinting he might leave (but where??), Man City getting away with a reduced fine and are back in the Champions League, Gareth Bale's future, injuries piling up due to compressed schedule, Arsenal's FA Cup win and of course Spurs' history of winning nothing (except of course the all prestigious Audi Cup).

What will happen to the Olympics as well? What has happened to Jose at Tottenham? This third-year meltdown has happened in three months and we’re loving every minute of it. Manchester City in serious trouble with UEFA this time, meaning Sheffield United could potentially play Champions League football next season (if there even will be one…) Liverpool gets knocked out of the FA Cup and UCL in a matter of 1 week but are still on track for the EPL title... Or are they, especially if there are calls to void the entire season! That 30-year wait might last just a little longer.
