Khai has joined the ranks of fellow humans swiping left and right while the world is in duress. Niggaz was tired of being in this studio apartment talking to myself loll. This week, we explore my personal journey that led me to the Tinder streets, how its been, the many reasons why folks wind up there, the myriad of other options available for meeting people online, and doing it all in a way that feels most right for you. Lets go for a bike ride….haaa…This is going to be the last episode for a few weeks while I work out some kinks and just work to make @cure.atepod a better place to be. I trust that yall will be good in the meantime :)Sending my love like Zhane.Holluhh' : Cure.atepod@gmail.comInstagram:@cure.atepod
Often times when building spiritual muscle, the fruits of that (patience, benefit of the doubt to others, letting god handle it, maintaining center, etc.) in this egotistical world, are often seen as weakness and people have a way of trampling over those dedicated to taking an approach to life that is less ego driven. In this episode, we explore what I am calling ‘The Necessity of the Flex'. Through the exploration of the meaning of ego (and its various facets) and the realities of maneuvering an American society where just about everyone speaks fluently from the place of ego, we aim to strike a balance between the ‘ego flex' and holding true to the realest of the real that is spirit & source energy.
We can chant, meditate, pray, intend, and whatever else...but we all know that the real test/work begins when we leave our front door and face what is more times than not, a calamitous world. This week, you have the privilege of listening to my wildly non-poetic tirade (

Wippity-wap, Bippity-bop. In this wapalicious episode, we celebrate sexual expression in all of its forms, explore the many conversations brought about by Cardi and Megs latest release while adding yet another, less widely explored perspective: the ways in which the many conversations about women's sexuality and the expression of it relate to that of the Black gay man.Holluhh' : Cure.atepod@gmail.comInstagram:@cure.atepod@ Home COVID test kit:https://www.pixel.labcorp.com/at-home-test-kits/covid-19-test
ISSA MILESTONE EPISODE...**sound air horns** whew chillayyThis week, Khai joins the chorus line of praise for 'Black Is King'. Why? Because it is. He talks at home COVID test kits, continued concerns about things reopening, general anxiety, and how cool it is that his sister and friends took a road trip across the country. This week's ailment surrounds communication and the very unique nature of it, for better or worse, during the time. Per usual, we mine some goodness from the aspects of communication that are ailing us during this time.Holluhh' : Cure.atepod@gmail.comInstagram:@cure.atepod@ Home COVID test kit:https://www.pixel.labcorp.com/at-home-test-kits/covid-19-test
Ep.19Khari gets into his re-found love for Grace Jones after watching 'Bloodlight and Bami' (go check that), the fact that niggaz be wilin', and the benefits of dissociation as a means of seeing yourself "outside of all of the mess". This just gets better and better ;) +episode is actually only 40-some odd minutes*Holluhh' : Cure.atepod@gmail.comInstagram:@cure.atepod

Sweep up those crumbs…get'em outta here….they don't serve you. We've been flowing, vibrating higher, and being intentional with our focus. Even with this, crumbs of doubt arise when we look at the present circumstances leading us (possibly) to question the direction of our choosing and maybe even our worthiness. Cure-ators, lets break it down. In this episode we deal with some tangible ways to snap back into focus when those pesky crumbs of doubt creep in.Holluhh' : Cure.atepod@gmail.comInstagram:@cure.atepodWisdom of the week: @ohverlee
Energy flows where attention goes. What you focus on grows. Whatever is the focus of attention becomes more prominent. In this episode, we explore this very much ‘hidden in plain sight' dynamic, the importance of vibrational/energetic alignment with that which we want (not what we don't), and the societal shift that must occur if we are to manifest the world that we want to see.Holluhh' : Cure.atepod@gmail.comInstagram:@cure.atepodA good introduction to Abraham Hicks-https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=twxIYVVaVVo
