Dakota's Dialogue started with my goal for 2020 to sit down and interview at least 10 successful people.. I failed. Life got busy, things happen, I didn't make this a priority and it got put on the back burner. I've got a new purpose and drive. The more t
That quote in the episode title was something he said that stuck out to me. Being in law enforcement, they're constantly trying to avoid negative conflict and always trying to find solutions that best serve both parties involved. Being able to "agree to disagree, agreeably" is a huge skillset Mike has, and is teaching those around him. Not too many people are very excited when they get pulled over, and not every confrontation is going to go smoothly. However, if us citizens can remain calm and respectful, more times than not you and that officer are going to part ways with a smile on your face. At least that's been the case for me in the past. Mike is a great person to have leading law enforcement in our community and I'm honored I had the chance to sit down with him and have this conversation. Thank an officer when you see them. Enjoy!
Mollie is a write in candidate for Parowan City Mayor. She's involved in so many positive things for Parowan, it's mind boggling. I was amazed with how much she knows about the town of Parowan. When it comes to entrepreneurship, she's the definition. I was impressed with the answers she gave me for some of the top issues Parowan is facing. 1. Growth 2. Water 3. Division in our community. I agree with all of them. If you want to make a difference, be the difference. Voting ends November 2, 2021. Ballots should be arriving. Make sure to write in Mollie Halterman.
Getting this country back on track starts right here at home. In our homes, local communities and out from there. It starts with helping our youth and giving them the best chance possible to succeed. I was honored to sit down with Dave Harris. He's highly respected around our community for being a successful entrepreneur and businessman. He is running for Parowan City Council to do his part to help our community wherever he can. He puts our youth first and wants to watch them grow and be successful. Through hard work and putting in some effort, he's a great example of what somebody can achieve in a small community. Get involved, go vote and do your part.Voting ends November 2, 2021
Today's episode was a long time coming. We've been trying to find the time to make this happen for the last 7 months or so. I sat down with "Barber J" Jason Green, because he's a guy that has impacted my life since I was a youth. Every time I go in for a cut, I wish I had my recording equipment with me because we're always talking about life, personal growth, mistakes made, and lessons learned. This is 2 hours full of inspiration and over coming the odds. Enjoy!
Today's episode I sat down with one of the most genuine guys I've ever met. Just a total stud. Mike Adams is a husband, father, farmer, entrepreneur, and so much more! He truly lives life with a purpose and wants to make the most positive impact he can on this crazy world we live in. Check out his App called 'Mad Freight' Available in the app store
No, I haven't forgotten about or given up on this podcast.. I've been busy checking off other goals. This is a short episode explaining what I've been up to the last two months. They've been two amazing months. Big things to come. I'll have my next guest on soon.
On this episode I was a guest on KSUB 590 AM radio with McKennan Hansen of Farm Bureau Financial Services. We discuss the reasons why it's important to trim or remove your trees and how it's worth using preventative measures rather than waiting until it's too late and the damage is done.
Brigham Nielsen is the Assistant Director of Sport Operations and Development with the Larry H. Miller Utah Summer Games and the CEO of The Chief Lifestyle where he does performance mindset coaching with teams, businesses, and individuals.
I couldn't think of anybody in my life right now who is more inspirational than Eric. He was the perfect guest to have on here for episode 1. Enjoy!
This is a brief introduction and description into what inspired me to start this podcast.
