THIS EPISODES WERE RECORDED 10 YEARS AGO, PLEASE FORGIVE US OUR TRESPASSESHow long does a corpse take to break down inside a camel? How could Guy and Tim improve Sex and The City 2? How cold is SO cold that you start fighting white people? What's the best time to nag a clothes dryer? THIS EPISODES WERE RECORDED 10 YEARS AGO, PLEASE FORGIVE US OUR TRESPASSESGuy's asleep. Katy Perry has been sucked into an inter-dimension portal and is now representing this earthly realm in other galaxies. The costume department are DC comic book fans. Coffee man has been involved in a horrific but hilarious skydiving incident. Tim can't get enough of Samantha's concrete bangs and the lads dip back into Paddy Swartz territory. Guy postulates that Tim is involved in a liberal conspiracy involving ear wax and John Grisham (who may or may not be dead). THIS EPISODES WERE RECORDED 10 YEARS AGO, PLEASE FORGIVE US OUR TRESPASSESNic Sampson and Joseph Moore from the Cheap Tuesday podcast join Guy and Tim for their sixteenth watch of the film and it quickly descends into a 1am drunken free for all. Nic and Joe try their best to recreate the entire film in 4 minutes and barely miss a single plot point. We discover that Mr Big is possibly colourblind and that he should be called JJ (or Big J). We also happen upon the possibility of Carrie is magical. Enjoy this extra (arguably TOO) long guest episode.Support the boys on their modern-day adventures at twioat.substack.com Hosted on Acast. THIS EPISODES WERE RECORDED 10 YEARS AGO, PLEASE FORGIVE US OUR TRESPASSESAn AM watch of the movie hasn't done much to lift the spirits of Guy and Tim. During yet another punishing viewing of the film, a plumber appeared, flatmates were in and out but when the excitement lowered and dust settled - it was just another morning with two idiots on a couch. In this celebrity heavy ep, the lads discuss a love of Sarah Michelle Gellar, discuss Angelina Jolie's vile of blood and question whether Freddy Prince Jnr's kids are good kids. Chaz and AJ asked former Stamford Fire Chief, Tom G, to handle this morning's Top 10. He counts down the things that movies always get wrong about firefighters. (0:00) 24 years ago, Dave Russell was at home, enjoying an off-day, when his wife called the landline to tell him to turn on the TV. Minutes later, he was on his way in to NYC, to commandeer a city bus, and help organize whatever help or aid he could in the immediate hours after the attack took place. (5:13) Holly Winter was thankfully not where she was supposed to be on 9/11. Originally, she had planned to be in the the WTC, enjoying champagne and caviar with her mom. That trip never happened, since her mom insisted on visiting her in Colorado, instead. (32:33) Joe Lott's life was saved, thanks to a necktie. Joe was on the phone with Chaz and AJ to share his story of visiting New York on 9/11, and the fashion advice a co-worker gave him minutes before he was supposed to be at the Windows of the World. (40:56) Rory Thompson from the Bethel Volunteer Fire Department was on the phone to talk about the blood drive they are hosting, and also shared his personal story from 24 years ago, working in New York City the morning of 9/11. (51:03) Live Nation's Jimmy Koplik was on to talk about how concerts in Connecticut changed in the immediate days after the events of 9/11. Jimmy specifically remembers canceling a show scheduled for that same night, by Earth, Wind and Fire. (57:55) Marty was supposed to be at the Yankee game, 9/11/01. He wound up going over two weeks later, but never relaxed during the game. Plus, AJ Bordas was in studio from Mission 22, to talk about the important free services they offer to veterans who struggle to adjust to life as a civilian after service. THIS EPISODES WERE RECORDED 10 YEARS AGO, PLEASE FORGIVE US OUR TRESPASSESGuy and Tim are back just two days after their last trip to Abu Dhabi. In a far more upbeat mood than last episode when we left our heroes, the lads are tackling issues as diverse as Madonna, the human body while electrocuted and punching horses. Guy's appreciating the ladys' propensity to get boozed in all circumstances, Tim's trying to see some positivity in a music cue. Life Lessons I'd wished I learned 20 Years Ago – Part 2: B-Schooled Episode 260 For this occasional ongoing podcast series, our host Chandler speaks with a number of corporate executives, nonprofit leaders, and wellness icons and asks the question: what life lessons do you know today you wish you'd known 20 years ago? In this episode, Chandler shares 5 pieces of wisdom that stood out – including a personal piece of advice from Stacy Blackman, our founder. Some of these lessons are narrowly focused on applying to business school. Some lessons are about making the most of the magical period of time you are actually *in* business school. And some lessons center the many years that come after… as you use what you have learned to build a life that is hopefully full of meaning, joy, and impact. Whether you are applying to business school, in business school, or working as a professional post business school – this is a very special episode not to be missed.

When the writer E. Jean Carroll accused President Trump of sexual assault in 2019, she unearthed a memory she had pushed away for decades. She also admitted, for the first time, something she hadn't fully reckoned with: She hadn't had sex since. In this episode, Carroll tells Anna Martin what it was like for her to go from “man crazy” to someone who could not engage in even the slightest flirtation. She had always prided herself on moving forward with a smile and not dwelling on the past. But in recent years, as Carroll went public with her story, and as she took Mr. Trump to court twice, she began to realize that finally facing the loss of her sex life might be an important step toward getting it back.Carroll's latest book, “Not My Type: One Woman vs. a President,” came out in June. Here's how to submit a Modern Love essay to The New York Times. Here's how to submit a Tiny Love Story. Stop. Dieting. Forever. with Jennifer Dent Brown, Life + Weight Loss Coach
Eleven years ago, I lost 30 pounds. But here's the real flex: I've kept it off ever since. This episode isn't about some quick fix or “before-and-after” photo. It's about the after the after. What happens when the diet ends, the weight is gone, and life throws you curveballs—like hormones, perimenopause, entrepreneurship, marriage, and stress? I'm breaking down exactly what I did in 2014 to lose the weight, and more importantly, how I've stayed consistent enough to keep it off for more than a decade. Spoiler: it has nothing to do with meal plans, willpower, or eating boiled chicken. What You'll Learn in This Episode How I finally ditched dieting for good The #1 skill that helped me stop emotional eating while building my business Why bioindividuality is the secret to long-term weight loss (and what it looks like in real life) How an identity shift made consistency second nature The difference between losing weight for a season and keeping it off for life
