This is a passion project by two designers, Nicole Delacruz and Susan Baldwin about the Children's wear Industry in New York City. The purpose of this podcast is: to help people just entering navigate the industry, to teach people who are currently in it to be more successful, and to inspire those who are looking for their second act to have the confidence to pivot and do what they love.
