I am Shil Niyogi. When I think of entrepreneurship, I think of effectual entrepreneurship. Not only do you need a great idea, but also you have to be prepared with an agile plan that evolves over time so that you are always goal-focused. And for that you have to keep your burn rate low, and constantly evaluate if you are building value to get to your goal. Most importantly, however, is the drive you need to get through all these hurdles. Some even believe that you have to burn your bridges with your paycheck to make it happen. I have briefly dabbled in a couple entrepreneurial ventures myself (though not fully burning the bridges) and I am a published author of two books on entrepreneurship. This podcast would be a good way to talk to entrepreneurs, who are driven and have taken the right steps to get themselves there. Their experience would be a great learning for the entrepreneurs among us, who are planning to take this leap of faith. So, please join me and get "Driven".
