The Enneagram of Personality Types is a map that can guide our journey of enhancing our understanding ourselves. Being aware of our three Centres of Intelligence, nine personality types and our dominant personality type within its Center of Intelligence, we can be open to our own experience and understanding of what is true for each of us. We desire and want what comes with being centered or grounded. Our personality has helped us every day and moment and when it is over-used it is often with some discomfort and suffering. When we can get caught or wrapped in our fixations, egos, inner critics and other internal committees, we are often not aware of it. We are "scrambled". We lose ourselves - we over-do or under-do while in this uncomfortable place. In this last of seven episodes, we will review a brief introduction to "Scrambling - Part 2": Scrambling - what is it?How do we scramble? What is it like being scrambled? How we may approach unscrambling?Thank you for listening. The Enneagram is a Greek word that simply means a figure with nine points. It is an ancient figure consisting of a circle, an embedded triangle and a 6-pointed figure of connected lines, the hexad. Together these represent the practical laws of how the universe functions and how we as humans function. Understanding these universal laws can help us to understand ourselves and how we function.
