Conviction is not a word most of us like to hear. It certainly isn't something we enjoy experiencing. Usually it's because we are doing something we know we aren't supposed to be doing - or - not doing something we know we should. What are you being convicted of today? What sin is God telling you to stop doing? What work is He telling you to start? When you are being convicted, you don't have any choice in the matter. Conviction is where lost people meet Jesus and the redeemed get right. Pastor Kenton Ayers encourages us tonight to embrace the conviction God has given you, make a commitment, and step up. You have no idea what God can do in you and through you if only will do what He has called you too.

Few people realize how that sinful desire hurts them and those around them. The Apostle Paul tells us in the book of Philippians that he had learned to be content in God's grace whether he had little or he had much. Pastor Kenton Ayers encourages us tonight to follow Paul's example. Give that selfish desire over to God and find contentment in His love and grace.

Be honest... In an attempt to save a few pennies, have you ever reused an old coffee filter? If you have tried it, you most likely ended up with a hot cup of disappointment. As Christians, we tend to view the the world and our lives through the same filter we used before we gave our lives to Christ and accepted His saving grace. We use the same filter filled with the garbage left from our youthful mistakes, bad relationships, and wrong teaching. It's time to change out those old filters and replace them with with the pure and undefiled filter of Jesus. Listen as Pastor Kenton helps understand that to finish the work, we need to change our filters.
