Pete and Russ, plus Laurence, Ed, The Rebel Yell boys and some random fans featured, as the events on the final day of The National League South season unfolded. The Rebels needed a win plus three other results to go their way, while Enfield MIGHT have needed a point depending on whether their relegation rivals St Albans managed to get a win against one of Worthing's promotion rivals Truro City. Nine down, one to go! That's right. We've idolized Billy (kinda, sorta) and tucked Rebel Yell neatly into the "finished' box. Side Bs this season have typically not fared as well as Side As, but Billy's only top ten single in the US from this record is on this side! So can album number nine crack the top three records we've covered this season? How is Kev's Star Wars knowledge? And will Corey be on board with a song about prank calling? The only way to find out is to turn on, tune in, and catch my fall.Songs covered in this episode: "Flesh for Fantasy", "Catch My Fall", "Crank Call", "(Do Not) Stand in the Shadows", "The Dead Next Door"Don't forget to follow us on social media and leave us a rating/review if you're enjoying the show!Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/UltimateCatalogueClashBluesky: https://bsky.app/profile/ucatalogueclash.bsky.socialDiscord: https://discord.gg/76F8G8FEX8Ko-Fi: https://ko-fi.com/ultimatecatalogueclash Hosted on Acast. Get that top lip curled, bleach your locks and prepare yourself for some sneering, swaggering rock n roll. Kev's seen Billy live. Corey hasn't. Thankfully, Mony Mony isn't on this album, so Kev doesn't have to listen to the ridiculous Canadian response to the chorus lyrics! But will Steve Stevens' guitar stylings tickle Kev's fancy? Will the lower-key stuff work for Corey? And what on earth will the game be this week? The only way to find out is to turn on, tune in, and cry more, more, more!Songs covered in this episode: "Rebel Yell", "Daytime Drama", "Eyes Without a Face", "Blue Highway"Don't forget to follow us on social media and leave us a rating/review if you're enjoying the show!Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/UltimateCatalogueClashBluesky: https://bsky.app/profile/ucatalogueclash.bsky.socialDiscord: https://discord.gg/76F8G8FEX8Ko-Fi: https://ko-fi.com/ultimatecatalogueclash Hosted on Acast. Tennessee allowed Ole Miss, a team that's in the bottom two of the SEC, to out muscle them on the boards (33-37). Senior Nights typically spell disaster for opposing teams, and this was no different. It's not the worst loss for Tennessee, but it does suck. Ole Miss now has wins over two of the top 4 teams in SEC play (Bama, UT). It was a rough second half though, and a letdown of a final shot (igor maybe got fouled but also had such a clear drive to the hoop) Lady Vols trying to stay alive in the SEC tourney against Vandy in hopes of playing South Carolina again. Oh well. For the men, South Carolina has no idea what's coming on senior night.
