Micah Ministries is a local, Fredericksburg, nonprofit that helps those in need. One area that the Pohanka Family has spent a lot time working with is the Micah Ministries Furniture Bank, which helps furnish homes of those who are recovering from an experience of not having their own house or apartment. This could be those leaving a shelter, those who have experienced a traumatic event and have lost their homes, and the list goes on of those in need who they help...free of charge. They truly understand the meaning of helping their community and we can't be happier to know that we have organizations out there helping our community members.

We sat down with one of our service technicians, Maggie. Standing at 4'10'' she defies the odds and excels as a service technician. She discusses some challenges she faces in the industry and with her daily tasks and how she overcomes them. She is an inspiration to us all with her determination and drive! We are so thankful to have a female technician on our team to be a role model for young women everywhere, showing them that they can be whatever they want when they grow up!
