The dugout is a sacred place for all athletes and coaches. It is where plans are made, decisions are finalized, and strategies are laid out before you suit up and go to battle. It's where you can be away from the crowd and just be with your brothers and/or sisters. It's where you cry from heartbreak or jubilation. It's where you sit back and reflect on what just happened, realize how far you've come, and how much more you have left. Ultimately, it's where you can be yourself. Inside the dugout will feature athletes and coaches and explore some of the best practices of top performers, and more importantly, what makes them human.
