El plan de salvación fue creado para todos los seres humanos.  Jesús nunca permitió que lo identificaran con el complejo de exclusividad religiosa que demostraban los judíos, y siempre presentó este asunto en su correcta perspectiva. Si miramos su ministerio, veremos que habló de la salvación con los samaritanos, que atendió la necesidad de una mujer fenicia, que respondió al pedido de ayuda de un soldado romano, y que, incluso en su propio juicio, intentó ayudar al gobernador romano Pilato. Jesús nunca tuvo reparos en reconocer a un hombre o una mujer de fe cualquiera fuera su procedencia. Alabó a la mujer fenicia por la grandeza de su fe; y no solo reconoció la fe del centurión, sino también dijo que no había en todo Israel una fe que se le pudiera comparar. Estos momentos retratan a nuestro Dios en una forma que nos ayuda a entender que él no tiene hijos favoritos. Si Dios escoge a una persona, a una nación o a una iglesia, lo hace simplemente para darles una misión específica para cumplir en un tiempo determinado, y nunca para dar a entender que los tales tienen ventajas a la hora de conseguir un asiento en la Cena del Cordero. El mismo Jesús expresó: “Vayan, pues, a las gentes de todas las naciones, y háganlas mis discípulos” (Mat. 28:19, DHH).  Para Dios no hay países, culturas ni razas superiores. Si así fuera, hubiese conformado su iglesia con personas de un solo grupo. Pero para formar su pueblo, Dios ha traído a gentes de todas las naciones, de todas las razas y de todas las culturas; y con ellas, ha hecho un pueblo escogido, un real sacerdocio, una nación santa (lee 1 Ped. 2:9). Esto es algo distinto. No entran en juego la procedencia, el idioma o el color de la piel; se trata de una nación que no se parece a ninguna otra y, aunque podemos venir a ella con las características del lugar desde donde fuimos llamados, al llegar debemos entender que nos deben identificar tres cosas: 1) todos amamos al mismo Dios; 2) todos servimos donde y en lo que él nos pida; y 3) todos buscamos a quién contarle las virtudes del que nos llamó a esta luz admirable.

DEVOCIÓN MATUTINA VESPERTINA“SALMOS”Narrado por: Joyce VejarDesde: Arizona, USAUna cortesía de DR'Ministries y Canaan Seventh-Day Adventist Church22 DE AGOSTO SALMO 103:1-5 «Alaba, alma mía, al Señor, y no olvides ninguno de sus beneficios» (SAL. 103:2).  David comienza el salmo con la afirmación: «Alaba, alma mía, al Señor». Nos anima a decir cosas buenas a Dios. La pregunta que muchas veces nos hacemos es: ¿qué cosas buenas puedo decirle a Dios? Sabemos que Dios es un Dios perfecto, santo, omnipresente, etc. Entonces, ¿qué más puedo decirle? Estos versículos nos explican algunas cosas en las cuáles podemos pensar cuándo nos acercamos a Él y queremos alabarle.  Lo primero que David nos lleva a considerar de Dios es Su santidad (v. 1). El nombre en la cultura judía estaba asociada a la personalidad, por eso el salmista lo expresa como «su santo nombre». Cuando pensamos en Dios y queremos alabarlo, debemos tener en cuenta Su carácter santo. Hay muchas historias en la Biblia donde Dios castiga el menosprecio de Su carácter. Justamente Dios nos llama a nosotros a ser santos porque Él es santo (1 Ped. 1:16).  En segundo lugar, no solo nos invita a recordar Su santidad, sino que nos invita a alabarlo porque Él es generoso con nosotros. David usa la expresión «beneficios», aunque también se puede traducir como «recompensa». Esta recompensa no es por lo que nosotros hacemos, es porque Dios quiere compartir con nosotros y ser generoso a pesar de no merecerlo. Hoy día, en una sociedad tecnológica y egocéntrica, nos podemos preguntar qué es lo que Dios me ha dado. Hemos perdido de vista la soberanía de Dios en nuestras vidas, hemos dejado de entender que Dios es quien nos da cada cosa material y las no materiales. Esto mismo sucedía en la época de David, así que el autor, en los siguientes versículos, nos ayuda a comprender la generosidad de Dios.  El primer beneficio es que Dios nos ha regalado el perdón de nuestra maldad e injusticia (v. 3a). ¡David lo tenía claro! Él había sido perdonado de sus pecados. Esta idea la amplía en la primera parte del versículo 4 donde dice: «Él rescata tu vida del sepulcro». Su salvación nos rescató del abismo, de la destrucción completa por el pecado. Tú y yo también somos pecadores redimidos, personas injustas y malas perdonadas por la obra de Cristo en la cruz. La generosidad de Dios es inigualable, sabiendo que nuestro destino era el infierno, el lugar de sufrimiento eterno. Pero por Su misericordia podremos disfrutar la eternidad con Dios plenamente. El segundo beneficio es que Dios se ocupa en sanar aquello que nos hace daño. No solo se encarga del cuidado en el aspecto físico, sino también en lo emocional. ¿Cuántas veces las personas nos han herido con las palabras o los gestos? Pero Dios cuida nuestro corazón y nos permite ver las cosas desde la perspectiva correcta: la de Dios. Dios es nuestro protector. Esta forma de cuidarnos es fruto de la generosidad de Dios, de la compasión y misericordia. Y en este sentido nos corona, es decir, nos da generosamente.  El día de hoy puedes acercarte a Dios para alabarle por Su generosidad. Nuestro Dios santo cuida de nosotros cada día y lo va a hacer hoy también. ¡Alabemos al Señor! ¡Bendigamos Su santo nombre! ¡Alabémosle por Su generosidad!

En este pasaje, encontramos a los israelitas cantando y alabando a Dios después de haber cruzado el Mar Rojo y presenciar cómo Dios derrotó a los ejércitos egipcios. Este cántico de alabanza nos enseña la importancia de reconocer y celebrar las maravillas que Dios realiza en nuestras vidas. Al igual que los israelitas, cada uno de nosotros tiene motivos para alabar a Dios. Reflexionemos en nuestras vidas y recordemos cómo Dios nos ha librado de situaciones difíciles, nos ha bendecido abundantemente y ha mostrado Su fidelidad. Cada victoria, cada provisión y cada acto de gracia son razones para alabar y agradecer a Dios. La alabanza no solo es una respuesta a lo que Dios ha hecho, sino una expresión de nuestra confianza en lo que Él hará en el futuro. Recordemos que el mismo Dios que intervino en la vida de los israelitas en el pasado sigue obrando en nuestras vidas hoy. Alabémoslo con gratitud y fe por lo que ha hecho y por lo que hará en el camino que tenemos por delante. Al aprender de la experiencia de los israelitas, seamos un pueblo que alaba a Dios en todo momento, en las alturas de la victoria y en las profundidades de las pruebas. Que nuestras vidas sean testimonios vivientes de Su poder y gracia, y que nuestra alabanza sea un aroma agradable delante de Él. Sigamos aprendiendo juntos de la Palabra de Dios y profundicemos en nuestra relación con Él. She was also a member of the team that competed in India for the 2022 AFC Women's Asian Cup. In the 1-0 victory over Thailand for the Philippines, she made her senior national team debut and scored her first goal in the stoppage time against Indonesia. According to Wikipedia, the Qudoūd Ḥalabīya, literally means “musical measures of Aleppo” and are based on old religious melodies collected mainly by Aleppine musicians. Their themes are most often love, longing and spirituality. The lyrics vary according to the type of event, be it for religious or entertainment purposes. Singers use deep vocals to reach a peak while holding a long note or repeating a phrase, sending their audiences into what is referred to as tarab, or exultation.
