Nothing will be impossible with God
A Praying Pause on the importance of using our breath wisely and lovingly.
Breathing Pause - Breathe gently in the peace and quiet of your spirit. On the outside it may look like things are falling apart but on the inside - where God is making new life - not a day goes by without his unfolding grace.
Come into the present moment and breathe and be still.
Take a moment at any time during the day and experience deep rest by becoming aware of your body.
Sherry Somerville lost her mother to cancer when Sherry was 30 years old. She was 62 when her sister, who was also her best friend, died of cancer. Sherry walked with her sister through the illness, supporting her in deep and touching ways. She is sharing with us how God has given her the gift she asked for, and the strength she needed to support her sister. She shares how she received the gifts from both these painful times. Sherry's gift to us lies in her deep faith in God. She shares how a devastating illness like cancer can also be a gift when we invite God into all our life circumstances! Sherry is the president of the Mary Lou Fraser Foundation for families, named after her mom, Mary Lou Fraser. It had been a dream of both her parents to build a counseling center. Sherry's mom died the week her husband retired from his medical practice and he poured all his grief energy to make their dream a reality one year later. www.frasercenter.com

Dan Udy shares how he struggled with alcohol addiction early on in life and how an almost fatal accident at the age of 17 was his big wake up call. In his adult years, Dan had a mental break down where he lost touch with reality. He spent time in a clinic and was introduced to yoga during that time. He healed with a regular yoga practice, meditation and prayer. Dan shares with a vulnerability and openness that is rare among adults. God's grace is present in every word Dan shares with us!
