What is Lectionary plus? It's a minimalistic, no-frills weekly podcast consisting of the reading of the collect and the passages for the following Sunday, and a few suggested connections or threads running through the collect and passages for your consideration. If you want to listen to just the collect and passages and skip the rest, feel free. Above all I want this to be useful. I'm sure the format will change over time while maintaining the goal of keeping it simple. Episodes will be released every Monday so you have a chance to listen through the collect and the scripture at least once before Sunday. Most of the time the scripture will come from the English Standard Version. The podcast will be available on all major platforms which takes about a week from the initial launch, which is in this case December 31st, 2020. I aim to have the first episode posted Monday, Jan 4th. By the 11th it will be listed in most major directories. Lectionary plus is read and produced by me, Corby Stephens. I'm a voicover artist and actor, a former pastor, and full-time technology nerd, who hopes that this is beneficial to you and your congregation. You can find out more about what I do at blog.corbystephens.com, and that will be the only name drop you will hear. Thanks for listening.
