We've all experience anxiety in different forms and for different reasons and it can have a large impact on our lives if not addressed. In this episode, I talk about and share my personal experience with anxiety and how it affected my physical health and the key things I took from this experience that I believe are important to remember.
It's so easy to overthink and get overwhelmed when setting goals and focusing on the big goals as we work towards them, that sometimes we get lost in the midst of it all. And that's okay, it happens. It sure has happened to me several times. But we can refocus and make it easier for ourselves by breaking everything down into smaller steps and using these as our milestones to success.
