We make life so much harder for ourselves when we resist the present moment. I don't know about you, but when I want my life to change and am actively taking the steps to make that change, I want it to happen now. In doing so I am pushing away that very thing that I want to receive. Welcome to Lavande Pearl! Today, I want to chat about self-talk. How often do you catch yourself speaking to yourself in the worst way possible? Sometimes, I hear the thoughts in my own head and think if I ever said this to anyone, I would literally have no friends and no one in my life because I speak to myself in the worst way possible. I don't know about you, but I typically find myself having negative self-talk when my mood is down, and it makes me feel even worse than I do at that present moment. I was feeling tired of feeling down, so I decided to research how to improve my inner dialogue.
