Every woman feels stuck or stagnant at some point in her life. Many years ago, Whitney quit her glossy but taxing job at a creative agency to focus more on motherhood and keep a toe in the professional waters with freelance work. She thought this dramatic change would rinse away all the stress and confusion she'd encountered while establishing her equilibrium as a mom who also desired professional and creative expansion. But after leaving her company with the hope of a blissfully balanced life, she felt more confused than ever.
