So here's what ya get all the way in person. Ok so gone are the pointless crappy episodes me and Danny did over zoom. A little catch up and chat about pulling our finger out and moving things forward at a gentle, massaging pace. stay safe, stay alert, control the TV
We have a very casual chat about what it takes to make a few pennies in the music business through streaming services. How the old model of getting a record deal has radically changed from as little 10 years ago and why giving your music away might be the better option for monetizing your musical talents. 'Book them and they will come'
In this episode we chat about the plan for next few episodes based around a theme of creating the illusion of success. this could be in business , music or sport. How some folk fake it 'til they make it and how renting a lambo and vlogging from a beach, having CEO on your profile can make you look insta rich. We recently watched the ace documentary 'The Contrepreneur ' by Mike Winnet from the 'Not another dickhead with a podcast' its well worth a watch. We mention it here briefly but will deep dive further into this subject in the next couple of episodes but it's our top recommendation. modernslangpodcast@gmail.com @slangmodern youtube modernslangpodcast

If you go against the grain you become a pain. We make a comparison, nothing academic mind, it is us! to George Orwell's 1984. As the tentacles of big brother slowly slide down your pie whole make sure there's room for pudding. Choke on 'em All things discussed used under fair use.

Really enjoyed it and he's a true gent treating us to a few spontaneous bars. enjoy thanks to the guys at initcreative moderrnslangpodcast@gmail.com
This one cuts short from a technical issue. Laptop couldn't handle the tax returns and recording. We squeeze out some topical cream from Meghxit to www3 to a very failed attempt of a face off between Siri ans Alexa. happy new year modernslangpodcast@gmail.com
