The advice we hear to “push beyond your comfort zone” and “take big leaps” isn’t right for us all.I have an idea that could be a different (and maybe better!) way to make progress on your goals when it feels too scary and daunting to get started.I find myself thinking of this a lot lately, as I’m exhausted and still wanting to work on my goals. This could be really useful to those of you who are low on energy but still have big ambitions.Get in touch and let me know how you use this and don’t forget to leave a review on iTunes if you enjoy More Than A Mum.@rosalynoxercoachingrosalyn @rosalynoxer.com
Fancy having a nosy behind the scenes about my latest launch and how it went? Well, of course you do and you’re in the right place.I also cover a really quick and easy tip that will help you learn a ton more from any situation so you can do more of what works for you.Let me know how you’re going to use it.@rosalynoxercoachingrosalyn@rosalynoxer.com
In today’s episode I talk about how to keep going when things get difficult and giving up seems like an option. We’ve all been there but I don’t want that for you.Instead, I want you to be able to connect with why you’re taking action, break down the big goals and give yourself what you need- all of which I cover in in today’s episode. The doors to The Get Unstuck are open for just a couple more days and they’ll close on 23rd Sept. If you want to make taking unstoppable action a breeze, then head to rosalynoxer.com/club to join myself and a group of incredible women who are going to support you every step of the way.Any questions? Come and ask them.@rosalynoxercoachingrosalyn@rosalynoxer.com
Welcome back to season 2!On today’s episode I talk about my experiences of feeling stuck in jobs, with my health and in parenting and what I’ve learnt about how to get out of that sluggish and miserable space.Taking ownership of the situation and being aware of limiting beliefs are just 2 of the strategies that I mention in this episode.I have just launched The Get Unstuck Club, so if what I’m saying in the episode resonates with you, go to rosalynoxer.com/club for more information and to join.Any questions? Come and ask them.@rosalynoxercoachingrosalyn@rosalynoxer.comThe doors are open until Wednesday 23rd September and we start on Monday 28th September.
Today’s episode is the last one in season 1 and we’re chatting about procrastination. We all do it right? Even though we know full well that it’s not helping? So, why do we do it and what can we do about it?I have a few tips and reminders to help if procrastination is getting in the way of your goals and plans right now.Get in touch-rosalyn@rosalynoxer.com@rosalynoxercoachingIf you want to be the first to hear about my group programme, make sure that you’re on my mailing list- sign up HERE
Today’s episode is about planning, realistically because all too often, we try to fit way too much into our days and end up despondent about how much we achieve.Setting exciting goals and then going after them in small, realistic chunks like this is exactly what I do every week, every day and today I’m walking you through the process so you can give it a try yourself.I highly recommend this way if your to do lists are lengthy and leave you feeling overwhelmed.Try it for yourself and let me know how you get on with this way of planning and if you give Trello a try too.Get in touch-rosalyn@rosalynoxer.com@rosalynoxercoachingDon´t forget to sign up for my mailing list to be the first to hear about my new group programme launching soon. Goal setting that works for me is at the centre of creating a life that I love and that lights me up. It can feel completely overwhelming to start making goals and plans for your life, but really it’s just choosing one thing, and then making steps towards it. Repeat that a few times and your life has changed for the better. This is part of the process I use for my own goal setting and planning. I’ll talk more about planning in next week’s episode so make a start on the goal setting - get your notebook ready!Try it for yourself and let me know what your big picture goals are. I’d love to know.Get in touch-rosalyn@rosalynoxer.com@rosalynoxercoachingDon´t forget to sign up for my mailing list to be the first to hear about my new group programme launching soon. Today’s episode is a bit of a chat about being unproductive- why it happens and the fact that we don´t need to be productive all the time. It´s just not humanly possible.I chat about how being productive doesn’t define our worth and we need to release the idea that we must be productive every day, especially to deserve periods of rest.I go into some detail about having an A Goal, a B Goal and a C Goal for how we think of our productivity, an idea which has really helped me understand what I´m capable of on different days.Try it for yourself and let me know how you get on.Get in touch-rosalyn@rosalynoxer.com@rosalynoxercoachingDon´t forget to sign up for my mailing list to be the first to hear about my new group programme launching soon. We all have bad days but pushing on and pretending that they’re not happening isn’t the answer.Nor is telling ourselves that we “should” be OK and beating ourselves up for being human. In today’s episode I talk about how my recent ME/CFS flare up has produced a run of almost 2 months of “bad days” and what I’ve learnt from them.Letting go of self judgement, giving myself what I need and eating pancakes have all featured highly!Hopefully today’s episode will give you some tools to use the next time you have a bad day, whether that’s because of parenting, mental health, work or something else entirely.Get in touch and let me know what you found useful from this episode as I’d love to hear from you.Rosalyn@rosalynoxer.com@rosalynoxercoachingAnd remember to join the mailing list to find out when my group programme is launching- you won’t want to miss this! Times are uncertain for a lot of right now, thanks to living in a pandemic. I also find living with a chronic illness (ME/CFS) really challenging because of the uncertain aspects.Today’s episode is about some of the things that I’ve been doing lately to deal with this uncertainty and lack of control, even when it feels impossible. If you don’t want to listen to anything about Covid 19, then skip this one for now. I talk about our situation and how we’ve been dealing with it, but no in depth worries so hopefully it’ll be more helpful than worrying to you!Let me know what helps you deal with uncertain times as I’d love to share more ideas with our community as we’re all figuring things out right now.Where you can find me-@rosalynoxercoachingrosalyn@rosalynoxer.com

Making time for yourself is not easy, I know, but it’s so freaking important! In today’s episode I talk about an 8 step process to take you from feeling stuck with no time to yourself, to being super clear on what you’re doing for you, when it’s happening and how you’re going to make it actually happen. Now promise me you won’t just listen and then forget to follow through on this? Make sure you come back to these steps and make it happen.Get clear on what you need- forever the starting point.Organise time for it in your schedule.Swap things around.Ask for help.Challenge your limiting beliefs about time.Start small- 5 minutes counts.Don’t judge what you need.Try even though it might not work out.Let me know what you’re going to make time for.
