Ali Abdi, Rocio Cifuentes and Vaughan Gething AM have a roundtable discussion on what Black History Month means for Wales and the wider world. Daf Prys poses the questions and they also tell us about their Welsh Black Icons. Ali Abdi joined the Community Gateway team in October 2015. His work focuses on building a successful partnership between Cardiff University and the community of Grangetown and managing community events in the Grange Bowls Pavilion. Rocio Cifuentes is an experienced, committed and values-driven third sector professional with over 15 years' experience specifically in the BME Third Sector in Wales. Sha has led and developed EYST Wales since its inception in 2005, having previously worked for CEMVO Wales. Vaughan Gething AM was born in Zambia and brought up in Dorset. He was educated at Aberystwyth and Cardiff universities, and now lives in his constituency with his wife Michelle. He's been an Assembly Member since 2011. Daf Prys is part of the Communications team looking after the Assembly's digital content and website. Ali Abdi, Rocio Cifuentes a Vaughan Gething sy'n trafod rownd y bwrdd bwrdd ar yr hyn y mae Mis Hanes Pobl Dduon yn ei olygu i Gymru a'r byd ehangach. Daf Prys sy'n cyflwyno'r cwestiynau ac maen nhw hefyd yn dweud wrthyn ni am eu eiconau duon Cymreig. Ymunodd Ali Abdi â thîm y Porth cymunedol ym mis Hydref 2015. Mae ei waith yn canolbwyntio ar adeiladu partneriaeth lwyddiannus rhwng Prifysgol Caerdydd a chymuned Grangetown a rheoli digwyddiadau cymunedol ym Mhafiliwn bowls Grangetown. Mae Rocio Cifuentes yn weithiwr proffesiynol trydydd sector profiadol ac ymroddedig sydd â thros 15 mlynedd o brofiad yn benodol yn y trydydd sector BME yng Nghymru. Mae hi wedi arwain a datblygu EYST Cymru ers ei sefydlu yn 2005, ar ôl bod yn gweithio i CEMVO Cymru cyn hynny. Cafodd Vaughan Gething ac ei eni yn Zambia a'i fagu yn Dorset. Cafodd ei addysg ym mhrifysgolion Aberystwyth a Chaerdydd, ac mae bellach yn byw yn ei etholaeth gyda'i wraig Michelle. Mae Daf Prys yn rhan o'r tîm cyfathrebu sy'n gofalu am gynnwys digidol a gwefan y Cynulliad.
