I'm planning a wedding (@jessicaemilyquinn), my Mum (@wildly.madly.deeply) is a wedding planner so naturally we created a podcast. Wedding planning can be stressful but we believe it is one of the most exciting days of the your life so we want to help you remove the stress. You'll be hearing from real life brides & grooms who have "been there & done that", experts who know the industry inside & out and of course we'll be taking you along as we plan my wedding.
I can't believe we are here, sharing my big day with you all and that it has been and gone. I feel so sad that it's over but also so grateful for everything that it was. This is also us saying goodbye to you. We know it was short lived but this was always going to be a one season thing for us to share my journey to the aisle and tl learn from experts along the way. The podcast will stay here for you to come back to or for you to recommend, it's all reasonably timeless info so please share it when you hear someone is getting married. &, as always, please connect with us below if you have any questions. Thank you for being here. Mum @wildly.madly.deeply Jess @jessicaemilyquinn
I have been so looking forward to bringing this episode to you! The thing I've heard the most while planning this wedding has been, "you must be so stressed", and while there have been moments of nervousness and anxiety, I told myself at the start that I want to minimise as much stress as possible from this process so that I can enjoy it. So, today I interview Dr Victoria Thompson who is a psychologist and takes us through ways that stress shows up in the wedding process and how we can manage it. I am also excited to announce that this episode has been sponsored by @braveface - you can hear all about how they can help you on your journey in the podcast.
