Looking Forward is a podcast on youth mental health brought to you with support from Story Works Alaska and the Alaska Children's Trust. In episode 1, we discuss climate change, and its impact on youth mental health. As you listen to this episode, we invite you to reflect on the following questions: How has climate change impacted your mental health? How can you support yourself or youth in your community who are facing these challenges? After reflecting, check in with yourself. What do you feel in your body? What do your mind and body need in this moment, and what are ways you can support these needs? Share your reflections on our community Padlet: https://padlet.com/info21309/4zwx08adp1b22rky For emotional or mental health support: Care Line: 877-266-HELP (877-236-4357) Or text 4help to 839863 Trevor Project (LGBTQ+ support): 866-488-7386 Or text START to 78678
