We went on William Ramsey's show to give our updated analysis of Fight Club (previously covered in our series on David Fincher), getting into predictive programming, anarcho-primitivism as a tool of the New World Order, and the dark self archetype. The conversation also covers Fincher, Leto, Palahniuk, and connections to what we call the Joker Cycle. https://twitter.com/CinemaPsyophttps://www.patreon.com/PsyopCinemahttp://psyop-cinema.com/https://linktr.ee/psyopcinemathomas-psyopcinema@protonmail.combrett-psyopcinema@protonmail.comhttps://www.williamramseyinvestigates.com/https://twitter.com/WilliamRamseyIn

Remember when this show was called "A Fighter's Mindset"? That was a long time ago, and in that time, I've learned a lot about a different mindset, "a seller's mindset." Adapting myself to this new reality of mine (selling in order to have a business) has been filled with a lot of No's, embarrassing calls and Zooms and many other stomach-sinking interactions. But, I've gotten better, and this book has helped. Today's book teaches selling as influence, belief, psychology and much more. Whether you're directly in sales or not, it's lessons are applicable to life. ... The Grinders are back another show of asstastic proportions! The first week of March 2023 is overstuffed and with news, reviews, stinkos, bad video games, and more asses than the Democratic National Convention. So now it's time to strap in, pop open a cold one, and get ready to for an extra-long episode of RPGrinders! The Grinders waste little time getting to the news. With some games releasing as early as Asspril, why wait? Trinity Trigger is getting a North American April release only a couple of days before the release of Mugen Souls. Along with the new release news, a couple Pokemon games will be receiving some DLC. Pokemon Scarlet and Diamond can enjoy the updates later this year. DLC has also been announced for Elden Ring but the release date is unknown. This asspisode of Grinders also features the return of Dear BreakMan! Not trying to spoil the segment but it involves animals and drugs. Ass usual, Break has enough Stinkos to make his own podcast. A familiar list of Break's complaints: abortion access and restrictions, the hypocrisy of our elected officials, and the horrific actions of police officers. Meanwhile, Frank deals with some family issues. The start of a new month also means the start of a new tournament! This episode the Grinders complete the first round to determine the Worst Movie to Video Game Adaption Ever Made! The age-old question will be answered, does E.T. phone home or get booted from the first round? Is there a good NES game based on a movie? (Yes, but not on this list!) Is the Cool World video game worse than it's an assbolutely awful movie? Robocop has beat a crooked CEO, a drugged out super robot, and samurai androids but does he have a video game worth playing? Is the first rule of Fight Club not to talk about the Fight Club video game? (A great line. I had to borrow it.) Join the Grinders LIVE at 7 PM Eastern next Friday for the second round. We will be one step closer to determining which game is the worst piece of ass. Until then, keep your monkey sober. This episode published on Thursday as usual, but not at 6 am Eastern, as has been the practice for years. This past Monday broke the pattern too—there was no Books episode at all. This was by choice, tied to changes in The Spaniard, meaning both the man and the business. Spanny and Dread give background and discuss what podcasting has given The Spaniard and will continue to give, but also what it hasn't delivered. You'll also hear about Spanny's other podcast, Spaniard School, and how it relates to the latest realizations and experiments. Keep listening, because episodes will keep coming, just differently. And you'll want to hear about the next developments as they happen. ... In this episode, (which might actually be our shortest episode in the history of this podcast) we discuss the fight trauma response, what's happening in your brain and the origins of this particular response. With a special little guest at the end!As you can see, Steph rolled her eyes at me when it came to cutting out parts to make this a one part episode but that's why we love her! She keeps me grounded and reminds me of our top priorities when we started Stay Wild, Trauma Child.Which is, not editing/filtering ourselves to be more palatable to potential new listeners or enticing to the wrong brands as we continue to grow. The first rule of Not A Bomb Podcast, is that you don't talk about Not A Bomb Podcast. Just kidding! Please, tell everybody about Not a Bomb Podcast! Share the love!Speaking of love, Brad and Troy punch their way through another entry in bromance month. This week, the guys discuss 1999's seminal classic - Fight Club. Directed by Not A Bomb favorite - David Fincher, Fight Club was a surprise bomb and left many critics lukewarm. The movie only experienced success because of the number of DVD's the studio eventually sold. Now, in 2023, the guys ask a series of important questions about this influential film. Is Fight Club still relevant? Why did the audience miss the point of the film in 1999? What is Fight Club trying to say about the America Dream? Has much changed between 1999 and 2023? After his controversial chapter in the ALIEN film franchise, ALIEN 3 (1992), David Fincher went on a spree of some seriously remarkable films. With a few minor films, he had a run of classics such as SEVEN (1995), THE GAME (1997), FIGHT CLUB (1999), ZODIAC (2007), THE SOCIAL NETWORK (2010) and GONE GIRL (2014). His THE GAME, though a minor success at the box office, was a powerful example of the type of thrillers he would become known for.Nicholas Van Orton is a very successful investment banker that lives in the San Francisco area. To many he appears to be a selfish and fairly aloof man, but he has carried personal demons from his childhood that haunt his adult life. At his birthday, his estranged brother gives him a gift to a LARP from a mysterious company called Consumer Recreation Services. Soon, his life seems to become exciting but for all the wrong reasons.THE GAME stars one of the top leading men of its era, Michael Douglas, at the top of his game (no pun intended). The cast includes Sean Penn, Deborah Kara Unger, along with James Rebhorn and Carroll Baker. With a budget of $70M USD, the film went on to gross $109.4M USD. Just like FIGHT CLUB, THE GAME originally received fixed reviews before being re-evaluated and becoming a classic. Your co-hosts take a look at this spectacular thriller and give their thoughts.

Magnolia. Fight Club. The Matrix. Baby Geniuses? From possibly the finest year in film comes 95-minutes of cinematic spit up. 1999's Baby Geniuses defies all convention and standards of decency for so many loads of diaper gravy, Jordan and Nic can do nothing but have fun with this bizarrely poop-obsessed patron request. Speaking of babies, our two Baby Geniuses-surviving hosts also talk 1993's straight-to-video baby dinosaur romp, Prehysteria!, for a few minutes, though this punishment film feels like Citizen Kane next to Baby Geniuses, the Citizen Kane of crap.Baby Geniuses ' poster may tout that "naps are history," but our diaper gravy-induced nightmares will last forever. This was a first for me. Having read this book, I wasn't quite sure I comprehended its major points, so I went to the Internet for some research. After working my way through the information, I think I've put together a nice summary and commentary on The Great Divorce. We're talking morality, good and bad, and Heaven and Hell. Dating app execs don't like to explain how their matchmaking algorithms work– they'll claim it's too hard to explain, or that they just can't talk about it, Fight Club style. But critics say that if daters really knew how basic the algorithms are, they might not put so much blind faith into them. In this episode, we dive into just how these algorithms work and speak with daters trying to hack the code that controls their love lives.
