As one of the top 15 players in the entire country his senior year of high school, Christian brought his 5 star quarterback talents to Penn State to play for Bill O’Brien and left as a second round NFL pick with dozens of school records in his name. We also learn a little about the food Payton and Archie Manning like to serve their guests.

Tailgate Dudes welcomes Jeff Bergstrom to the show! Join us as Jeff tells about growing up in State College and earning his spot into the program as a Walk-On. Jeff's playing career began in 1978 and ended in 1981, where he saw playing time on the defensive line at the tight end postion and on special teams. Jeff worked as a Graduate Assistant on the 1982 National Championship team. Listen in for some of Jeff's entertaining memories of coach Joe Paterno and a hilarous story about a letter sent to Jeff and his parents from Joe over $12.99 he owed the team for expenses from a Fiesta bowl trip.
