He finally got picked Saturday by Cleveland in the fifth round, but the weirdest story in the draft took a bizarre turn Sunday when one of the people who prank-called Sanders on Friday night was revealed to be the son of the Falcons' defensive coordinator. The draft story that will become a more interesting college football story in December and January is what happened to Texas quarterback Quinn Ewers. Join the BWI Live Show as we discuss the final week of practice, the latest transfer portal news, and more! Former Syracuse wide receiver Trebor Pena joined the program to meet the staff and see how he'd fit with the Lions as one of his first stops in his portal free agency. We'll discuss what we've learned about Pena, his skills, and how he fits into the program. From there, we'll zoom out and discuss what we've seen in the portal while discussing Penn State's chances of hosting or landing more prospects before the window closes on April 26. Fitz's Recruiting UpdatePenn State was also busy recruiting at the end of last week. Three-star safety Darrell Carey committed to the program. We'll discuss his fit, Fitz's impressions of the prospect, and how he works into the program's overall strategy for 2025. Of course, the team has two safeties committed and a third athlete who could play the position already. How does that affect Joey O'Brien's place on the roster?
