Everyone hears that to be successful you have to make sacrifices. But how much do you have to sacrifice? And how bad do you want it? In this episode, we speak with a professional footballer who has sacrificed it all from the ages of 7, to turn his dreams into a reality. Jacob Gardner Smith's most recent club was Wycombe Wanders, and his once distant dream became a reality. And I can tell you now from attending school with Jacob; that wasn't by luck. It was through sheer determination, hard work, and resilience. And we talk about it all. Tune in to hear how Jacob's story will inspire you to continue working towards your dreams.
In this episode we are joined by Sara Lampela, a successful E-commerce entrepreneur. We discuss the following: - Her story to entrepreneurship - Dopamine Detox - How the divine feminine can be just as a successful in business.- Why loving your product and brand is essential for long term success. As you can see the topics discussed are juicy af. And lads, we can learn a lot from having a sense of love, passion and art behind the brand, rather than just chasing the money...At least I wish I had this conversation before I started the cash chase. And ladies learn from a girl who is doing her thing! Don't let the world mould you into a certain way of making money, bring your own essence to it; the same way Sara has and is doing. In this episode, I'm speaking with an Instagram influencer Tilly Hulse. Do not take the title 'Instagram Influencer' lightly with this one. Tilly not only empowers women to step into their power through fitness, but she's also built an online business allowing her to travel the world. With a following off nearly a sold-out Wembley stadium (put's it into perspective), she's built her profile from the ground up over the past 5+ years. We talk about her struggle with mental health, her awakening as the title suggests, and stepping into her truth; which is an independent, courageous, and happy online entrepreneur (a bad b****). Tune in to see how you too can turn your life around. Don't compare your journey with anyone, but let her story inspire you! Have you ever just lacked the motivation to do something? Or couldn't work out why some people just seem to get luckier than you? Throughout our lives, especially as children, we're vulnerable and open to misinterpret information and experiences. This can lead to a script that we repeat over and over again playing throughout our adulthood. This is what I mean by your stories. We all have stories we tell ourselves about ourselves, but your story could be holding you back from living the life you deserve. It's the classic "why do I always attract the same type of arsehole" - well, sometimes you have to take a close look at yourself in the mirror and realise that you're attracting exactly that. Tune in to hear about the stories I used to tell myself, how I have overcome them, and written new stories that help me step into my greatness rather than away from it.
In today's episode, I am joined by one of the most profound characters I have ever come across. From being born in Japan, meditating at the age of 10, being trained by a number of Sensei's, to fighting in the war of Afghanistan. It's safe to say Khadaura has seen and experienced it all. I talk a lot about energy and vibrations, and honestly, this guy is from another world. Tune in to hear how Khadaura has overcome sexual assault, has been in numerous near-death experiences, and has not only found peace, but helps others to do the same. In today's episode, I discuss the importance of self-love in business and relationships, including the one with yourself. This isn't something we consciously get taught, so the intention behind this podcast is to get you thinking differently. Hopefully, this will create a spark within you to put your needs as the number one priority for a change. If everyone took care of the relationship they have with themselves, I believe we would be a happier society. It is important to understand that the healthiest way to spread love, is that it comes from the overflow of our cup. Rather than trying to fill overs with love when our cup is half empty.
In today's episode, it is my honor to introduce to you a brother, a serious entrepreneur, and someone who's been an integral part of my journey thus far towards financial freedom. He's built a world-renowned Urban Jewelry brand that he started in his room, at the age of 18 years old. Since then, he has traveled the world whilst expanding his brand and bringing in sales of over $1,000,000 in one month! At the age of 21, it is safe to say he's doing something right. Tune in to hear from the man himself, what it takes to build and run a mega brand, and any tips he would give someone who's looking to start there own business.

In this episode, you'll hear about my story which has to lead me to start my coaching business. I talk about my experiences at University from taking drugs, sleeping with women, and the lessons I learned from anxiety, throughout the 3 years. We also talk about facing my fears of the dreaded cold calling in my sales role in the city. Next, I briefly touch on my travel experiences including a 4-day Silent retreat at a Monk sanctuary. And the last step, I talk about setting up an E-commerce business and creating 6 figures in revenue within 9 months, and why I left all of that behind to pursue a more fulfilling business and being able to make an impact now.
