The L2 Podcast is back, and to start off the new year, we flew in @micahwelchfit from Arizona to hang out, and shoot some content for @bxactiv. On this episode we talked about when Micah started lifting, what motivated him, and what his other interest are outside of the fitness industry. #fitness #podcast #igreels #explorepage #fittalk
The raw unplanned talks are the most valuable. My mentor Brian Nabavi stopped by and hopped on the podcast for one of the most valuable talks we've had on this podcast. Take it from a man who has been through the trenches and still is grinding hard every single day. “Coaching like this I charge $1000 an hour, but we are on this podcast giving out this knowledge for free.” As Brian throws me in the hot seat and asks all these questions about what I've been doing with the brand it makes me realize that I NEED to go harder. Now put yourself in THAT hot seat. Are you going hard? Are you doing your absolute best to grow you and your brand to the next level? Give this awesome episode a listen!
Our, Co-host was busy today, but like we said we aren't going to miss out on a Tuesday Podcast! Last week we interviewed Daniel, owner and founder of Dynamic Training. We talked about how it was like having a business during covid, and all the ups and downs he had to go through.
PSA: This is a satire episode with opinions and comments that you may or may not agree with. So if you are highly opinionated and cannot vibe with a funny podcast please skip. Once and while we will post funny podcasts with opinions between myself and Aled and today we put him in the hot seat! Be ready this shits hilarious

We got interviewed a while back by Dana, a publisher for a bunch of local newspapers. We talked shop, when Bxactiv started and what we plan on doing for the future. Awesome having you on the podcast!
A year later and we are back with our friend Jeremy Buendia! 4x Mr. Olympia, a huge name in the fitness industry and just a badass dad. It was awesome to catch up with Jeremy on his journey fighting adversity, depression, and with all these battles he's put his faith in God and look where he's at now. His love for his family and his little girl has been a huge focus in his life, as well as a tip off on possibly coming back for the title?!…. and well…..I can't tell you all about this episode, you'll just have to listen to it, we got some good shit in here!
We are back and chattin it up with Cody Allen! Since we spoke with him last he's, started new companies, moved houses, and really just built a brand around himself. We talk about being authentic, why he doesn't just promote anything, and what his next plans are for the future. We also kinda bullshit a little but that's how we roll.
Back with another episode with Co-host Alex. We talk about progression of business, tidbits, and yes some random bullshit. Point of life is to Live, and on the L2 podcast we LIVE and we LEARN. Yeah get ya a Manz that can do both, right? Anyways hope y'all enjoy this podcast, and get a #tidbit. Follow us on all socials: @L2podcast @paul_pearcey @bxactiv @adheadington
Its been a minute. Since September, we've went fully custom, moved warehouses, and met amazing people that have helped grow Bxactiv exponentially! Speaking of which, we have Alex Headington on the podcast! We talk about life, religion, and what we plan to do in the future with Bxactiv and some exciting new business endeavors. We hope you enjoy this podcast!
We kicked it with the number 10 Disc Golfer in the world Drew Gibson! We chat about his 4th Place in the USDGC, and the top 32 Pro tourney, which he placed 2nd! We recap his insane highlights from the last few weeks, and we also explain his Multi-Million Dollar Contract with his company Gibson Industries LLC, and Infinite Discs.
“Ebbs and Flows.” The ups and downs, growth and decline. We caught up with Cody on his personal life, business life and all his Ebbs and Flows on how he got to be where he is today. Follow him on all platforms: @thecodyallen
We invited Blair Orr to the podcast to talk about whether or not to podcast. Podcasts are heavily saturated these days, and without a specific niche, or topic a lot of podcasts fail to reach or captivate audiences. What's the benefit? In my opinion, to use a podcast as an outlet to teach, journal and connect; that's the reason why we do our L2 Podcast. Good listen, with some business banter as well.
“Always Be About Something.” A saying that Farouq Gidado been saying for years, and through his experiences, love for clothing and ambition to be about something, he created Abas Clothing. On this episode we chop it up on how ABAS came into existence, the story of the name and some hard L's he had to take to get to where he's at now. Follow him and his journey: Abasclothing on all social media platforms.
The Pre-episode to episode 1. No edit or overlap, just off the top knowledge. Keoni has been making videos for us for over a year, and since then his portfolio has vastly improved. The amount of skill it takes to be where he is at, at only 19 years old is insane. Some people (like me) takes so much practice, others it comes naturally. Big things in the works for us, and we are excited to have Keoni on the team. If you are someone who wants to or is interested in videography this episode is for you! Hit him up on all platforms: Keønifilms
The first intro episode...kinda like a preseason eh? This episode we talk about the reasoning of the name change, and how we are going to structure the new podcast. This is the first podcast on the new setup, without a co-host or engineer. Hope it sounds good!
