Joe goes into his second mini episode staying on topic How do I step UP without stepping Over. This mini episode is all about food and how Joe needs to lead by example. Bad eating habits are learned and taught at a young age. Joe discusses how his eating habits were not the greatest but now as a stepdad he needs to step up to help his wife guide Emma to eating properly. This does not mean never eating fast food or fried burritos but it does mean Joe needs to eat some broccoli.
