Miguel Cuj, awarded Guatemalan graduate student talked to us about how he got into Anthropology trough working with Maya women in nutritional issues and how he approaches nutrition from a language point of view. Miguel's paper “Maya K’iche’ Food Groups and Its implications for Guatemalan Food Guidelines” has been recently accepted for publication at the Food and Nutrition Bulletine.
