My hope is that everyone starts a regular breathwork meditation routine and help themselves create a healthier happier life. ***Breathwork therapy is not meant to diagnose, heal, or guarantee any cure for any disorder. Rather it is meant to be valuable in its preventative qualities and is used as a supplemental exercise routine. Please talk to your doctor before trying any of these practices.
