What happens when healing becomes another thing you're trying to achieve? In this episode, I'm joined by my friend Bailee for a tender conversation about grief, the feminine, Shuniya, and the power of not fixing yourself. We explore grief not as something you "get over," but as a living process to be felt, held, and slowly alchemized. Bailee shares how her journey led her into deeper stillness, sensory awareness, sound, archetype, and the feminine mystery. This conversation asks: What if there is nothing to fix? What if the next step is learning how to listen differently? Inside this episode, we explore:
Fear, anger, grief, and stress all live in a real map inside your body called the meridians, and in this first episode of our four part series, I show you what the meridians are, why your emotions get stuck in them, and how fear in particular lives in the kidney and bladder and can finally be moved through Kundalini Yoga chanting and the breath, prana. This is Episode 1 of a four-part series walking the meridians, the energy pathways that carry prana through your body, one emotion and one pair of organs at a time. The meridians are where your emotions actually live and move through, and once you understand this map, your body stops being a mystery and you release the fear at the root. We begin with fear, because the body has to feel safe before anything else can heal/evolve, and fear lives in the Water element, in the kidney and the bladder and is once of the most common emotional patterns that is passed down in lineages.Along the way, this episode shows why understanding the meridians is not optional for women. There is a mental health crisis among women right now, and its real root is a fear that lives in the body and gets passed down the mother line, one that cannot be prayed or medicated away. We look honestly at how women's bodies actually work, how women in crisis have been failed for generations, and the heartbreaking case of Lindsay Clancy, as the proof of why this holistic body, mind, soul-based medicine cannot wait. What you'll learn:- What the meridians are, the twelve energy pathways that carry prana through your body, and why your emotions flow or become stagnant in the rivers - How the meridians work: yin and yang, the six organ pairs, the five elements, and the emotion each one carries- The two vessels up your spine that carry your ancestors' energy, and why restoring flow in the meridians is generational- Why fear lives in the kidney and bladder meridians, and the body clock that explains why so many women crash between 3 and 7 in the evening- The science that will give you chills: your adrenal glands, which make your fear hormones, sit directly on top of your kidneys, exactly where the meridian map placed fear thousands of years ago- Why the women's mental health crisis, and the Lindsay Clancy case, prove this matters now more than ever - The Chattr Chakkr Vartee Kundalini Yoga mantra, why chanting this mantra moves fear when words cannot, and Yogananda's Christ Consciousness teaching on fear and the Cosmic Mother- Plus Three things you can begin this week to move fear out of your body**Chapters:**00:00 You can't pray your fear away02:00 Why this matters for women04:00 What the meridians are07:00 How the meridians work: yin, yang, pairs, and elements10:00 The vessels that carry your ancestors13:00 Women, fear, and a system that fails them: the Lindsay Clancy case20:00 Fear in the kidney and bladder, and the body clock24:00 The science: your adrenals sit on your kidneys29:00 The mantra that moves fear33:00 The Christ Consciousness perspective37:00 Three things to begin this weekWelcome to the Sovereign Sisterhood Movement Sovereign Sister!I am Veronica Barragan, founder of the Sovereign Sisterhood Sanctuary, Kundalini Yoga therapist, and author of *Tending the Ancestral Garden, Reclaiming the Sanctuary*. What did Jesus really mean when He said, "Do not let your hearts be troubled"?In the first episode of our John 14 series, we slow down and sit with one of the most comforting passages in all of Scripture. Joe explores what it means to trust God even when life feels uncertain, why worry so easily pulls us away from faith, and how surrender isn't giving up, but giving our burdens back to God.Drawing from his own journey through Christianity, mindfulness, and Kundalini Yoga, Joe shares how one simple practice has continued pointing him back to the words of Jesus:"Give your pain to God and take home peace."Whether you're new to faith or simply looking for encouragement today, this conversation is an invitation to breathe, trust, and walk with God one day at a time. This episode begins a three-part journey through John 14 by focusing on Jesus' opening words: "Do not let your hearts be troubled."Joe explains why Friends with God isn't about proving who's right or wrong, but about honestly exploring Scripture together. He reflects on his own spiritual journey and discusses how God can use every season of life to bring us closer to Jesus. The heart of the episode centers on learning to surrender our worries instead of carrying them alone. Joe encourages listeners to stop trying to control every outcome and instead trust that God understands the bigger picture. He closes with a simple daily prayer and reminds us that peace comes when we release what we were never meant to carry.Music by Viktor Sklemin from Pixabay
The biggest revolution right now isn't technology or artificial intelligence. It's identity. In fact, it's always been identity. And the reason you don't know who you are goes back generations, it's systemic, and it lives in your body.In this episode I go into the one thing underneath all of our healing: your identity. Because you never get what you want in life, you get what you believe to be. Most of us are living from a false identity we were programmed through trauma, religion, and colonization and it quietly runs our money, our relationships, and how we treat ourselves. I share my own story of releasing my addiction to alcohol through this work, and then I show you why identity is not a mindset issue and where identity actually lives in the body.I go into the science of why you can't think or affirm your way into your authentic self while your psoas muscle and fascia are still braced for danger from something that happened a long time ago or even in a past lifetime. I bring in Carl Jung, who studied Kundalini Yoga himself and placed the birth of the true self at that exact same center as the Yogis did. We talk honestly about who profits when a woman doesn't know who she is, from colonization to pop culture. Then I teach the real science of the mantra Sat Nam, how the tongue on the upper palate shifts your glands, navel, and your nervous system to burn away false identities, and how this becomes the path of Christ Consciousness returning to you to your highest identity, the light you actually. **⏱ CHAPTERS:**0:00 — The real revolution is identity, not technology1:23 — Welcome + what we're covering today3:39 — How we crucify ourselves on a false identity6:15 — Inherited trauma, past lifetimes, and the brain's addiction to the old self11:30 — Where identity lives in the body: the navel point (Manipura)14:31 — The psoas, the fascia, and why you can't think your way into a new self16:28 — The solar plexus, the gut brain, and interoception17:45 — Carl Jung and the birth of the true self at the navel23:40 — Persona, shadow, and the return to the Self27:01 — Who profits when a woman doesn't know who she is30:39 — Sat Nam: frequency, and how chanting rewires you33:05 — The science of Sat Nam: the palate, the glands, the nervous system36:11 — The Christ within and your highest identity39:22 — We are pure light: biophotons, fascia, and the meridians41:36 — Releasing the brace and doing the real work42:12 — How you live when God moves through you44:46 — Closing: you are the gift, join the Sanctuary and in-person circles**SUBSCRIBE + COMMENT:**If this resonated, subscribe and stay in community with us. In this episode: As Manifestors living in a dichotomic energy cycle behind a dense aura with unique ability to create and initiate out of nowhere and without having to respond, we have a direct pathway connecting us to the polarities of being alive (being creative) and the cycle of death. This is a topic Roa unfolds throughout this episode with sharing personal experiences with the politarities of direct death experiences and what life force actually feels like. Often times women that are accustomed to saving everyone and fixing everyone's problems, deep down are running away from themselves and wish someone would do that for them. This is a pattern that is passed down in the lineage that has to be broken energetically at the level of the nervous system. The agave plant is a great example of this. The plant lives for decades, storing and giving everything it has, and then sends up one giant flower stalk and dies, leaving new plants rooted at its base. I saw one in full bloom in Sedona the week my book was born which is exactly what happened in my own life with the birth of this book, and it is exactly what so many of the women in our lineages have done so you can too. In this episode I read the Invitation that closes my book. Then I explain who the matriarch in our families really was before colonization, systemic trauma, and religion made her forget, which is how she got turned into the woman who gives until she's empty. I also break down Barbault's Basket, the star pattern a French astrologer used to predict the 2020 pandemic more than 30 years ago, and what the planets are doing right now that confirm we have entered into a New Era of the Matriarch risign, from savior to protector. You'll learn where the savior pattern came from, why you carry it, and what the matriarch actually is.New here? I'm Veronica Barragan founder of the Sovereign Sisterhood Sanctuary and author of Tending the Ancestral Garden, Reclaiming the Sanctuary. I teach women to heal generational trauma through the Ten Bodies of Kundalini Yoga and the path of Christ Consciousness, weaving the science of inherited trauma together with ancient practice.WHAT THIS EPISODE COVERS:→ The full reading of the Invitation that closes *Tending the Ancestral Garden*, the passage I wrote after seeing the agave in full death bloom in Sedona the week the book was born→ What rose from that bloom: the book itself and six in-person Sanctuary chapters now open across two countries→ Who the matriarch in our families really was before colonization, the power and the role she held, and how empire changed her from a protector into the woman who gives until there's nothing left→ The savior pattern with both its sides, saving everyone around you and quietly needing to be saved yourself, where it comes from in the lineage, and what actually moves a woman out of it→ Barbault's Basket explained simply: the star pattern the French astrologer André Barbault used to predict the 2020, what the planets are doing right now, and why this exact week is the one where the shift happensDO THIS NEXT:

Lisa continues the conversation today with award-winning filmmaker Mark Kohl who deeply discusses having a very successful career, despite being a severe alcoholic. His addiction finally caused chaos in his life, including losing his career. He talks about the way he healed. He talks about his healing experience with Kundalini Yoga. He explains how hard it was physically and mentally. It was so painful, but many days he went twice a day. During a film taping, he met a woman who introduced him to ayahuasca, and they went to a ceremony. He describes it as the most beautiful experience he had ever had. He went beyond the illusions. He learned how the founder of AA had an enlightening experience with a psychoactive chemical which changed his life. After Mark's ayahuasca ritual, he felt a whole new sense of oneness. He realized that so much of life is just illusion. Mark talks about how the original source is joy. We are born with this. Then we get programmed by our parents, our teachers, and society. This builds our personality. We wear masks. Psychedelics bring us to a new level of awareness. This is how we can break our patterns. We can find our purpose and feel connected. Mark discusses going from his ayahuasca journeys into becoming the founder of the sacred space known as Frequency House, which uses psychedelic mushrooms as a method of healing. He learned to listen to his heart to find the truth. This is Part 2 of the interview. Info: frequency-house.com. Der erste Gedanke, den du in einer Situation hast, entscheidet alles weitere. Nicht was danach passiert. Feel to Heal with Sharyn Nichols Most people use the words feelings and emotions interchangeably — but understanding the difference can completely change the way you relate to yourself. In this opening episode, we explore how emotions are physiological responses in the body, while feelings are the mental interpretations we attach to those experiences. That distinction may sound simple, but it has profound implications for healing, anxiety, relationships, and self-awareness. You'll learn why emotions naturally move through the nervous system quickly, what keeps emotional suffering going long after the initial reaction, and how confusing feelings with emotions can keep you trapped in repetitive patterns. This episode lays the foundation for the entire series and offers a new framework for understanding your inner world with greater clarity and compassion. In this show, Sharyn Nichols, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and integrative guide, shares grounded psychological insight and nervous-system-informed tools to help listeners better understand emotions, reconnect with themselves, and begin healing from the inside out. In this episode: Welcome to another deep dive into the embodied experiences with the dating world anno 2026 as a Manifestor female. Join me (Roa) in my elaboration of the wound of being too much as a Manifestor dealing with romantic relationships in dating. As we are a small percentage of the population with a very noticeable different energy than other energy types, we can end up in some quirky energetically weirdness when we go into dating. In January 2025 I received an urge to go deep diving into the dating field, totally new in the arena. I jumped off the roof as a 6th line to go explore, breaking my heart, more than once, but receiving massive teachings as well. From my open, honest heart to yours, Roa Connect with Roa on Instagram @roa.moelgaard Website: https://www.roamoelgaard.com/ Learn more about Roa: Roa Moelgaard is the Healing Facilitator for the Manifestor Community. You may have seen her around the community over the last year, whether it is in her content on instagram or through her brilliant resources like Recalibrate and Love Your Liver. Roa is a 6/2 Splenic Manifestor, and an incredibly skilled healer. She is a trained and authorised medical doctor, but her work extends far beyond conventional medicine. She is also a trained Ayurvedic practitioner and Kundalini Yoga teacher. She sees humans not as separate from nature, but as nature itself; cyclical beings existing in constant relationship with the world around us. Roa works with holistic health and balance across three interconnected levels: the physical and embodied, the mental and emotional, and the spiritual. Healing, to her, is about restoring balance within and between these layers. Her work weaves together modern medicine with Ayurveda, herbalism, homeopathy (including metaphysical understanding), and other holistic and spiritual modalities. She is the full embodiment of a Manifestor who initiates through transmutation. While Holly is skilled in initiating thought concepts and new structures for us to understand ourselves on a truer level, Roa complements this perfectly by bringing it into the healing. As we know, all true change is a healing of the mind AND the body. Roa's work in this community brings holistic, embodied healing to Manifestors, by honouring their cycles, their nervous systems, and their innate design. Feel to Heal with Sharyn Nichols Anxiety doesn't just live in your thoughts—it lives in your body. This is your nervous system responding to what it perceives as unsafe, even if nothing is happening in the present moment. In this episode, we take a deeper look at how anxiety shows up physically and emotionally. You'll learn how the body holds onto past experiences, why familiar patterns can feel safer than change, and how to begin working with your nervous system instead of against it. Understanding anxiety in this way allows you to respond with awareness rather than reaction. In this show, Sharyn Nichols, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and integrative guide, shares practical tools and compassionate insight to help you create a sense of safety within yourself—so you can feel more grounded, present, and in control of your experience. How has your meditation practice shifted and changed since you first took it up? Please join this conversation with Stephen Josephs, who shares how his mediation has evolved over 60 years of daily practice. As one of the leaders in the Kundalini Yoga tradition at it's peak in the west, Stephen was a devoted practitioner in what he calls the 'fire practices,' willful and powerful practices that can dramatically change one's state. But after many years of dedicated effort, the fire started to go out. His practice evolved into what he calls the 'water practices' - techniques and attentional strategies that are more about dissolving the sense of a separate self. In this conversation he shares some of the essential elements of the water practices and we explore that gnarly question: What it is that is actually dissolving? You'll come away with some key insights from a depth practitioner and a taste of how the dissolving practices might be of benefit to you. With over 60 years of daily meditation practice, Stephen Josephs, Ed.D., brings a wealth of wisdom to his work. His expertise spans a diverse array of mind-body systems—including yoga, tai chi, and qigong—as well as specialized training in NLP, psychodrama, and body-centered psychotherapy. This breadth of experience fosters an open-hearted approach that helps students quickly realize the benefits of mindfulness. For the past 40 years, Stephen has focused on leadership development, integrating meditation as a core pillar for executive growth. He is also the co-author of Leadership Agility, a definitive study on how leaders mature and expand their capacity to lead. Feel to Heal with Sharyn Nichols Worry can feel productive—like you're thinking things through, preparing, or staying in control. But often, it's just a loop your mind gets stuck in, trying to solve uncertainty by overthinking it. The more you try to figure everything out, the harder it becomes to feel settled. In this episode, we explore what worry actually is and why it's so difficult to stop. You'll learn how the mind uses worry as a way to create a false sense of control, why uncertainty fuels repetitive thinking, and how this pattern keeps you disconnected from what's really going on underneath. This conversation will help you begin to see worry not as something to fight—but as something to understand. In this show, Sharyn Nichols, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and integrative guide, offers grounded insight and compassionate guidance to help you move out of the worry loop and reconnect with what you're actually feeling—so you can begin to experience more clarity and calm. You heard it from me, now hear it from my sister! I recorded the podcast you heard on Wednesday, "To AI or Not to AI: The Question Is When, Not If," on my ahas about AI from our conversation at the beach a couple of weeks ago. I told my sister about it, and she was like, " Hey, I got more information.” And I said, “Well, I have more thinking!” So, I'm releasing a BONUS episode of Consulting Matters on this week's topic on AI with my very special guest, my sister Tamra Cajo! Tamra (or Tami, as I call her) is a nonprofit leader who is in love with Claude (where Claude and I are on a break right now). But somehow, over the course of our weekend together, we found common ground on how to get the best out of AI - without it running the show. When you tune into the bonus episode, you won't just hear me summarize our conversation, but see it LIVE. Plus, you'll get to see firsthand (if you watch the episode on my blog or on YT) and find out if we both inherited our dad's gift for persuasive conversation. In this episode, we explore how to move forward without having all the answers. You'll learn how to shift your focus from perfect decisions to aligned steps, how to recognize when you're waiting for clarity as a form of protection, and how to stay connected to yourself as you navigate uncertainty. This is about learning to trust direction over perfection. In this show, Sharyn Nichols, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and integrative guide, offers practical tools and grounded guidance to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and self-trust—so you can take meaningful steps without needing the full path in front of you. Feel to Heal with Sharyn Nichols You can feel it—you know something needs to shift. There's a quiet clarity within you about what's right, yet you find yourself staying in the same place. Have you ever wanted to work with a unicorn? In the business world, the term "unicorn" is used for rare start-ups that quickly reach billion-dollar valuations. Somewhere along the way, the world borrowed the name of a rare, beautiful, mystical creature and gave it a purely financial meaning. It is time to redefine the unicorn and highlight PEOPLE who represent the rare and magical Unicorn aspects in their businesses Let's use our own influence and honor what a true unicorn can be: a visionary human being who creates value, connection, and growth for others. As I see it, Jane Groves of The Digital Content Studio represents what the business world should recognize as the real business and human side of a unicorn. https://www.skool.com/@thedigitalcontentstudio?g=the-digital-content-studio-1017 She possesses many of the traits often associated with high-performing companies and leaders: fast, authentic, agile, solution-oriented, prepared, self-aware, curious, connected, likable, productive, and purpose-driven. There is also a calmness about her. She challenges traditional roles, thinks analytically, creates opportunities instead of waiting for them, and leads with confidence. What truly makes Jane Groves a unicorn is that she understands real wealth is not measured only in money. It is measured in community, collaboration, generosity, and shared success. She has built a space where like-minded people come together to learn, grow, and support one another. Inside her Skool community, members gain tools to attract their ideal audience, define their ideal client avatar, understand what motivates and frustrates their audience, and build for long-term success. My view is that Jane has created billions in assets within her community—not financial assets, but human assets. Knowledge, support, opportunity, creativity, encouragement, and transformation. Whether someone is a brand-new entrepreneur, an experienced business owner, or someone ready for a rebrand, there is value waiting for them. Her digital content is created to be shared, and much of it is offered freely. She encourages members to share their own knowledge as well, because when knowledge is shared, everyone becomes richer. RESOURCES Inside the Studio you'll find: • Expert Series Workshops with guest educators covering visibility, AI tools, digital products, branding, systems, and mindset • The Founder's Playbook — a structured guide to building a business from the ground up • Canva Design School & AI Hub for practical creative and productivity skills • On-Demand Class Library with session replays and practical lessons • Template Vault with Canva templates and PLR/MRR resources for personal or commercial use Everything inside the Studio is completely FREE, giving you the tools, knowledge, and support to build your business with clarity and purpose. @ thedigitalcontentstudio Kundalini Yoga https://youtu.be/ckO8aCA5HQw?feature=shared Wine and Food Gruet blanc de noir good sparkling wine from French vines, French winemakers and their New Mexico terroir. Feel to Heal with Sharyn Nichols The space between Chapters can feel uncertain—like life is shifting, but you don't have clear answers yet. In this in-between season, it's easy to second-guess yourself, rush your timeline, or slip back into old patterns just to feel in control. But what if this “in-between” isn't a problem to solve… what if it's a sacred part of the process? In this episode, we'll talk about what happens when you're no longer who you were, but you're not fully who you're becoming yet. You'll learn how to stay present when your mind wants certainty, how to listen to your emotions without flooding or shutting down, and how to work with the nervous system so you can make choices from clarity instead of fear. This conversation is both clinical and spiritual—because real healing requires grounding and meaning. In this show, Sharyn Nichols, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and integrative guide, will share practical tools and compassionate guidance to help you navigate the space between Chapters with steadiness, self-trust, and truth—so you can keep moving forward without forcing the process. #409 In this episode, Guy introduced a deep conversation with Welsh guest Mark TJ Kean, who calls himself a full-time "professional wizard" and links dragons and serpents to kundalini and the spiral "fabric of reality," which he says Druids understood. Mark described a 2003 awakening in London after obsessing over ancient Egypt: staring at a light, he received a "download" about the Great Pyramid's relationship to light, frequency, and out-of-body travel, followed by two weeks of bliss and a turn to alchemy, Kabbalah, and kundalini yoga. He recounted spontaneous astral experiences, a lucid-dream retreat where he rode a giant serpent into space, and his "Celtic chakras" interpretation of Arthurian spinning castles and the Holy Grail as the heart center. He also shared living in Panama's jungle during the pandemic, a solo mountain vision quest, and becoming fully dedicated to his courses at Sleeping Serpent. About Mark: Following a Spiritual awakening in 2003, Mark shares wisdom from two decades of experience with practicing and teaching Spirituality. Highly trained in Kundalini Yoga, Kundalini Dance, Shamanism, Meditation, Lucid Dreaming, Alchemy, Magic, Druidry, and many other Spiritual and Esoteric subjects. He re-imagines ancient wisdom practices for the modern world, such as Shamanic Dragon Yoga and Ancient Egyptian Serpent Shamanism. He is the co-creator of the popular Kundalini Clubbing events in the UK. He teaches all over the world, and has over 20,000 online students, in every country in the world. He helps spiritual seekers go from feeling stagnant in their spiritual development, and disconnected from their life mission, to experiencing Spiritual awakening and transformation, by embodying ancient wisdom practices. This journey enables them to unlock their potential, achieve deep contentment, and harness their newfound spiritual energy and creativity toward living their life mission fully.
