Episode 5: Seasonal Eating + Circadian Aspects of Diet

Play Episode Listen Later Aug 13, 2019 80:13

On Episode 5 of We All Know Nothing, we talk about the complexity of food, light, circadian rhythm and how they are all tied together. We introduce leptin and leptin resistance, and it's circadian aspect. Leptin is the hormone that controls fat metabolism and it’s tied to melanopsin the blue light photoreceptor. Melanopsin dysfunction is caused by artificial blue light, EMF and circadian disruption. Circadian disruption leads to leptin resistance, which is causing a lot of the health issues we see today. Eating a seasonal & local diet is only one factor in reestablishing your biological clock and fixing your health.

Episode 4: Deuterium Depletion + The Craziness of Water

On Episode 4 of We All Know Nothing, we talk about the craziness of water, and deuterium depletion. Water is one of the craziest things that exists in the universe. This podcast starts to explain our thought process behind all the crazy things we do for health. Why we watch every sunrise, why we wear blue blockers, why do everything we can to protect our eyes and skin from artificial light, why we try to eat local for environment, why we try to avoid EMF and why I’m concerned about the coming 5G. We are covering the information that changed our lives 3 years ago and shifted our focus to light. The cure for all diseases will come down to the very smallest scales in biology, which happens to be hydrogen (smallest atom). If there ever is a magic pill that cures all diseases it will act on hydrogen, specifically it will lower deuterium (the heavy isotope of hydrogen) in the body. You don’t need to wait for that magic pill, there are other ways to deplete the deuterium in your body. Your body was designed to be a deuterium depleting machine. Hydrogen is the smallest atom in the universe and deuterium is the heavy isotope of hydrogen with an added neutron which doubles its mass. This is significant, because when you double the mass of the most abundant element that nature/all life on earth has selected to primarily use, you change the bio physics which dictate all bio chemistry. I view hydrogen and deuterium as the 1’s and 0’s like computer code that nature uses for life. Deuterium is an optical switch for growth, metabolism. Deuterium isn’t bad, it bad when it isn’t tightly controlled by nature, sunlight and circadian rhythm. It’s bad when we lose control and deuterium gets in the wrong places, at the wrong time in the wrong ratios. Why doesn’t mainstream biology or medicine know this stuff? They have subtracted the bio physics out of the equation and are only focused on the bio chemistry. The bio physics control the biochemistry, they are chasing their tail in a circle wasting billions of dollars on research. They are looking in the wrong direction focused on our DNA instead of the mitochondria. Almost all diseases come down to the mitochondria, they are metabolic diseases caused from mitochondrial dysfunction.   @WAKNpodcast (Instagram / Facebook)   @light.trumps.food (Instagram)
