Now that Esther is queen, you would think everything would be going great, right? Uhhhh, WRONG! Esther finds herself in the middle of a disaster! Her people were set to be killed on a specific day of a certain month. This is a crisis! Her cousin Mordicai sends her a message that God IS going to raise up a deliverer for His people - perhaps she was placed in this position for such a time as this! Dreams can be good and they can be bad. They can be scary too. The Babylonian King in our story today has a dream, but he needs SOMEONE to tell him what it means! All of his wise men cannot tell him the meaning. So he rashly condemns them all to death. When the soldier knocks on Daniel's door and tells him that he and his friends are going to die, Daniel doesn't panic, but tells the guard, "Take me to the king."
