AFTERBUZZ TV – Once Upon a Time edition, is a weekly “after show” for fans of ABC's Once Upon a Time. In this episode host Cathy Kelley breaks down the episode in which Snow White/Mary Margaret learns that Pinocchio/August W. Booth has been in hiding and that he has been completely transformed into wood. Meanwhile, Emma is startled when Baelfire/Neal invites his fiancée, Tamara, to Storybrooke. However, it's revealed that Tamara had been tracking down August since their first encounter in 2011, in which August, who learned that he was turning back to wood, had went to see a healer called "The Dragon" who promised him a cure if he delivered $10,000 to him. After August steals the money from Tamara, Tamara succeeds in acquiring the potion that August got from The Dragon, whose fate would be sealed when she kills him as it turns out she is after magic as she uses Neal to bring her to Storybrooke, where she kills August just as he is about to warn Emma.   On this week's ATA episode, Nico and I are walking on sunshine because it's time to feel good about outstanding television coming our way as some of the shows we review began ramping up towards their Season Finales with  the characters of Fringe having to say goodbye to their doppelgängers on the other side, Person of Interest dealing with the return of Reese's partner who was assumed to be dead and Supernatural making Nico fall in love with his crush, Felicia Day all over again. However With the writers of these shows basking in the sunlight of their ideas coming together into an exciting conclusion to the season, there are others who seem to have a black rain cloud overhead since Once upon a Time's promise to give us answers on the identity of August W. Booth ended up just being a wild goose chase and Bones just doesn't seem to be the same show following its return from hiatus. Again, there is hope that the skies will clear for Once upon a Time based on the show only being in its first season but Bones seems to have met the perfect storm with it continuing to frustrate us more so every week. On the other hand, even the sitcoms got on board with ramping things up towards their Season Finales as Big Bang Theory seems to be progressing towards a wedding and Community went ahead to kill off a reoccurring character. Yeah, I know it's kind of morbid to leave a description for an episode entitled Walking on Sunshine with a theme like death but look at the bright side at least Community is keeping things interesting enough to stay on the air.
