Beata Pozniak is a Polish-born award-winning actress and director who recently won the Ear Buds Award for her reading of the Pulitzer Prize winning novel Drive Your Plow Over The Bones Of The Dead by Olga Tokarczuk. WAMC's Ray Graf hosts this special episode of Food Friday.
