It all started when I was searching for more acting opportunities in Seattle, and someone suggested I try voiceover. I never considered it before, but once I found a coach, I discovered how much I loved combining my singing and acting skills. Voice acting has become a joyful partnership for me, giving me the chance to express emotions and bring characters to life in a unique and powerful way.Transitioning into voice acting came naturally thanks to my background in singing and acting. I learned that voiceover requires conveying emotion without relying on body language—everything comes through the voice. I often visualize a character's posture or state of mind to help me connect with the role.I also share my experiences voicing a wide range of characters, from a beefy crime boss to a heroic ex-thief. Each role demands its own emotional depth, tone, and vocal texture, and I love the challenge of finding what fits. My opera training has been invaluable, teaching me vocal control and how to project emotion effectively.Voice acting is about feeling your way through a script and connecting personally with the character. It's not just reading—it's performing. I encourage aspiring voice actors to embrace their uniqueness and let their experiences shape their work.If you're interested in voice acting, remember: practice is everything. Police are officially investigating claims Tara Reid has made that someone spiked her drink over the weekend at a hotel bar just outside of Chicago. Videos emerged of Reid looking wasted and out of control, after she says she only had a single glass of wine that she briefly stepped away from to smoke a cigarette. She was eventually taken out on a stretcher and to an area hospital, where Reid says workers told her she was “drugged.” Reid says she can’t remember much and said the hospital was “vague” about what was in her system, but filed a police report which prompted the investigation. In a mean spirited, social media post, actress and openly gay Ruby Rose points the finger directly at Sydney Sweeney for “ruining” Sweeney’s latest movie “Christy," a biopic about one of the most prominent figures in the history of boxing, Christy Martin. Martin was a closeted lesbian who survived a murder attempt by her husband, but went on to be inducted to the International Boxing Hall of Fame. Rose said Sweeney “paraded around pretending to be us” insinuating because Sweeney is a Republican and straight, she had no right to play the role of Christy, calling her a “cretin” who ruined the film.
