Today we will look at The Third scriptural way to receive the Baptism with the Precious Holy Spirit. It is called The Sovereign outpouring of the Precious Holy Spirit. This word is so unique and special because it means Supreme, ruling reigning & independent. The word sovereign “Is a God thing”. The Sovereign outpouring is where God poured out His Precious Holy Spirit without ones asking or having hands laid on them. We see an example of this in Acts 10:44-47 which says “While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost. For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God. The Precious Holy Spirit will give to us or to others the skills and ability to do what God has called us to do and He will also raise up teachers who can teach others what He has skilled them to do. We read in Exodus 31:1-6 how God filled and gave special skill by His Precious Holy Spirit to workers to make everything that He commanded Moses to make and to do. NO MORE DELAYS!  This is what I hear the Lord saying for us today.  There will be no more delays.  I know you have been waiting, but it is now time.  The time will be prolonged no more.  This is a new day and a new season for all of us.  You know what season you are in and it is time to reap the rewards of the sowing that was done in the previous season.  Many have been obedient and many have been disobedient.  Whatever the Lord God has spoken to you through His Precious Holy Spirit, it is time for it to come to pass.  This word was given to the Israelites in Ezekiel 12:25-28, because they were walking in rebellion, but the same held true when their time of captivity was over.  For some your captivity is beginning just as with the Israelites in this chapter, but for some it is ending.  No more delays! The time is NOW!

This is a new season and a new day!  We are coming out in the power and authority given us by the Lord Jesus Christ through His Precious Holy Spirit.  We are coming out for the world to see and know that He is God.  There is only One true and living God. This is a time when the Lord is restoring, delivering, releasing and redeeming the time for many of us.  The time of the Lord's favor is manifesting in an unprecedented way.  This is our time of Jubilee, a hundred fold return. Bless the Lord!  Are you ready?  If not, get ready to be catapulted into your new season.  It is time for us to show the world instead of letting the world show us.
