L-R David Noonan, NPCChris, Me!, Phil, Tony, NewbieDM, Jorge Hello and welcome to the Campaigns, the Actual Play Podcasts from The Rpg Academy. I am Michael and this is the second of 2 episodes recorded at GenCon 2014. As a backer of the Primeval Thule Kickstarter I got to have a game ran for me. We set things up for this game to be ran at GenCon for me and up to 5 other players. We had a contest and gave one set away, our winner: Phil W. I begged/pleaded/Cajoled some others to come and play as well. We ended up with Chris from NPCCast, his friend Tony, NewbieDM and his friend Jorge, our contest winner Phil and myself. The GM for this game was David Noonan one of the designers of the Primeval Thule setting. A brief note about the audio quality. it is not quite up to the standard that we have been getting too here lately on the show, but i'm happy to have what we have. I had set up a mic to record the game and my audio was unusable. Luckily, NPCChris was there and had recorded the game as well with his audio recorder and that's the audio we used. I did try to level out the sounds a little bit, but it still has some rough peaks and valleys. Regardless, I think this is a great episode, I had a blast playing in the game and hope you guys enjoy listening. Episode 2 - An unopened door Comments and Feedback are always welcome. https://therpgacademy.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/11/DT-28-Primeval-Thule.mp3 Hello Everyone, Very excited to bring you this extra-special episode. We had the privilege of sitting down (well, on Google Hangouts) with Richard Baker and Stephen Schubert of Sasquatch Game Studio and talk about their recently Kickstarted product Primeval Thule. Thule is a campaign setting in the vein of Conan vs. Cthulhu, low magic, where the world is a dangerous place and the cities are no safe haven. If you haven't heard of it yet, take a look at their Facebook Page, Website and Kickstarter page. I want to thank Richard and Stephen again for giving us some time to discuss Thule and hope you enjoy our conversation. Topic 1- Primeval Thule End- bloopers Thanks for listening!!
